However, it is important to clarify for transparency that your purchase was not made directly through Modessa Couture, but through one of our third-party retail partners.
As such, all order processing, delivery timelines, and return handling are governed by the policies of the retailer you purchased from.

Despite this, we made a genuine effort to assist by reviewing your concerns and communicating on your behalf.
Following a detailed review, the design of the gown in question was confirmed to be intentional, including its construction and silhouette.
All Modessa Couture gowns undergo thorough quality control prior to dispatch.
