I have used many different model shops over the past 30 years but only discovered Model Shop Leeds a couple of months ago – I wish I had found the shop earlier. The website is very well set out and easy to navigate; I’ve only ordered deliveries through the website and not actually visited the shop, but the service has been excellent. Deliveries have always been fast and efficient [deliveries received generally within two working days] and prices are competitive. In the future I would not look anywhere else to order equipment, etc. and would highly recommend Model Shop Leeds.

I recently purchased a Reflex V3 stabiliser which was faulty. The staff at the shop were extremely helpfull in trying to identify what was wrong.
In the end I was asked to return the item. It was replaced
with a new one very quickly.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.

I ordered an Archimedes drill from them as their postage charges are very reasonable. It came quickly, and it was indeed just what I ordered. I would very happily use them again.

The shop has a large selection of RC products and they also have the lipos in stock as well which is hard to find these days.

One of the very few real model shops remaining. I have to purchase by mail-order, but the service is always impeccable. Latest order was placed in the afternoon and arrived the next morning (well done DPD!). It's balsa that I normally require and MSL carry large stocks of good quality wood (well done SLEC!). Recommended.

New to the hobby of model boats and nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Initially purchased incorrect version of a sailing yacht which was my error, but after great email communication I went back and swapped it and purchased a speedboat too that I also took advice on and some changes made to better connection for battery etc very happy thanks guys

Model shop Leeds never fail to amaze me. I placed an order for some Overlander Lipo’s just before 15:00 yesterday (18/03) they arrived in Kent just before 13:00 today (18/03.) Thank you very much yet again.

Ordered Shoe Goo at about 10am, it was dispatched the same day, and I received it the next day. Very pleased :)

Made an enquiry about two Tamiya truck kits. Will was very prompt with his reply and said they could be ordered in with a really good lead time. True to his word they were in stock when predicted and posted out next working day. A pleasure to deal with and I appreciate Wills no nonsense approach to everything.

I ordered and paid £16.68 (including postage) for three bags of 2s to 6s Overlander Balance Leads. I received the order on 30/10/24 but when I opened the postal packet, I found it to only contain one bag (I.e. it was two bags short). I gave poor review due to no response from MSL but have now had response; they have sent rest of order so all good now and have upgraded my review accordingly

Ordered a new transmitter at 3pm on the Friday and it was at my door in Northern Ireland at 9.30am on the Saturday

Ordered the 1.3mm black rigging rope. But when I received it and measured it it is 1mm? And the packaging says 1.3mm. How hard is it to put the correct size on the correct bags, or supply the size you advertise. Will be sending back.
