Account lock

Mobilexpression use to send gift cards and paypal vouchers without a problem when I have the credits needed then recently my account was locked soon as I was redeeming a 10$ paypal voucher. I have the vpn on 24/7 and yet this is what they sent me on their "support" email.

The app didn’t even let me use my cell…

The app didn’t even let me use my cell phone I couldn’t view certain sites, it disconnected my access to wifi, and about 2 years to collect point. I don’t think selling information and privacy is worth 10 dollars of Amazon gift cards.

I think from now on if a company is asking to get even more data on me, I’ll politely decline. They can buy from data brokers instead.

Once bitten, twice shy

Well, just like most others, I got burned. They take your information, then when you try to cash out, they lock your account for "not meeting their standards". What a load of BS. I painstakingly followed their directions and used my mobile for a solid week to 2 weeks. Then I get an email telling me I got enough points for an Amazon card. I go to collect it, and my account is locked. I complained and they're still sticking by the decision to lock me out. Once bitten, twice shy. Never again!

This is a follow up on previous review. suddenly today I received an email that my account had been restored and was sent the $10 Amazon gift credit. All of this was a mistake they said. I have a feeling they did this to hundreds. Not sure what really happened as they probably got a lot of upset emails from people like myself and bad reviews.

Scam app.

Had the same problem as many others . Collected 20 credits enough for £20 Amazon voucher then told my account was blocked . Don't trust scam app.

SCAM APP - earn points but then will lock you out so you can't redeem them!

Husband has been using this app for a while. When he reached 20 coins, he went to get his amazon voucher to find his account had been locked. He emailed and his response back was that his profile had been locked due to 'account not meeting the standards of activity and participation. Looked at trust pilot it seems they do this to a lot of people. They wait until you reach the points and then delete your account so you can't get the rewards. Absolute joke! I will be complaining and reporting!

Don't use.
Be warned
If you want to continue then look silly when you come back and complain.
They prompt you to download the app then click on 'CA CERTIFICATE' on your settings then to click 'install anyway'. Don't do this bit becauze a message popped up on my phone prompting me that this will enable them to have access to my passwords etc! I've got a screenshot of it and sent to them. (No reply yet as I've just sent it and it's 8pm)...just for a poxy £10 voucher. Only accept on your phone from places you trust. Obviously my phone prompted me that so I'm not going to continue, especially with all the bad reviews I've read. So no thanks.

Scam

Just tried to use my 40 points to get an Amazon gift card only to receive a messege saying that my account had been locked. I was extremely confused at first until I thought about what opinion outpost pulled a few years back and thought to check the reviews and of course I'm not the only one

Another unhappy user who was locked out…

Another unhappy user who was locked out of my account as soon as I reached the 20 credits for a £20. No reason, just tough. So they've harvested my data on false pretences. For that I'm going to report them to the Informationer Commisioners Office for conning me into doing this. I urge you all to do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with this. I told them I will do this and they've completed ignored me...awful company...do not trust and do not download the app. Not worth the hassle when they don't even pay out!

Super sketchy and slow, don’t even bother

First, I need to disclose that I hadn’t stuck with the program for the full week like the rest of the reviewers, so I can’t testify as to if I got my points or not. However, their VPN is so slow and awful that the reward promised makes it far from worth it. The whole thing seems very, very overtly sketchy as well; obviously you can’t not expect some sketchy dealings from a program that is transparently & constantly collecting user data, but I was straight up blocked from looking at review sites (including this very one) while using their VPN, pretty much solidifying this as a scam to me. Don’t waste your time.

Really bad support & issues claiming points, plus make up their own rules not in the terms!

Really bad support.

You earn your point every week and you often can't claim it.

You ask why and they copy paste a standard message saying you have to keep the software on and be active, even though you are, they still and that standard message and don't help you claim the point.

The more points you claim, the more you can't claim. Like they are doing it on purpose to stop you getting more money.

Been with them years now and support is the WORST.
Always the same copy paste. NEver actually hrelping.

3 weeks I haven't been able to claim even though active every other day.
It is like they want you to be active in your sleep. That is what the message kind of says.

You are active every week and that is the only requirement, not to be active everyday, only every week BUT the support won't help unless you are active every day.

Basically they make up their own rules that are different from the terms and conditions.
They add their own rules.

I have read the rules and I am complying.
You don't have to be active every day, only every week.
You don't have to surf every day, it literally says that in the terms! Just every week.

To mobile expression:
Read your OWN RULES. Stop copy pasting the same not eligible message every time when people ARE active!
Take time to read the rules and YOU follow them too.
Stop making up rules that aren't in the terms and stop treating people like they should be on 24 hours a day!
That is not the terms! We only have to be active a few times a week. THAT is the rules! Now YOU follow them!

Avoid signing up if you don't like to be constantly emailing support chasing your point that you earned.

Don't sign up if you like privacy as the app snoops and it slows your phone down to dial up speed!
Very slow VPN!

What a joke!

AVOID Signed up gave all the information…

Signed up gave all the information required and allowed van access as requested.
When it came to having enough points to cash out the order was cancelled and the account locked
When I made an enquiry I was told there were "irregularities " which I have not been made aware of. the reply email did not even have a name on it
It is nothing short of a scam to access people's data
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Every time I order a voucher

Every time I order a voucher, it takes so long before it arrives. Presently, i am waiting 4 weeks for an Amazon voucher. I have contacted customer support numerous times. Awaiting a reply.

Be Forewarned: Total Scammers

I am dealing with the same scammy behavior as many other people. I attempted to redeem my points that I had earned and then suddenly received a message stating my account was locked. Dirtiest company I have ever dealt with. They don’t deserve the 1 star even but I had no choice.

Honestly I can not complain about this…

Honestly I can not complain about this vpn being on my iphone..
I've had it now for about 3 or 4 years..
I've even had it swapped it between 2 iphones & just recently added it to my dad's iphone for him to be able to collect the tokens for himself..
I've easy had over £100 in gift cards over the 3 or 4 years, with currently 66 tokens on my account.. I will admit I don't redeem any tokens untill I hit about the £50 mark.
I do have to remove and reinstall the vpn it's self after about 4 months, just to make sure it's upto date..
If I've had any problems I email the customer service team, yes it does take 2 days for them to reply but they always seem to find a solution to my problem.. I've even had extra points added on to my account by the customer service team for my troubles.. They're so happy to help you if you do contact them..
10 out of 10 for me!!
