Outstanding customer service

Placed an order for a number of items which sadly were delayed due to stock issues, it happens, not a problem. When delays extended contacted customer services and Katherine and Jake responded extremely quickly and helped me source alternative options which were dispatched the same day I said yes and arrived the next day.
Stock issues happen but the customer service provided definitely saved the day

I highly recommend Mobile Fun and their Customer Support.

I highly recommend Mobile Fun and, in particular, Katherine in Customer Support. On Sunday 22/2/26, I wrote to them about a problem with a stylus pen purchased in Dec 2025. Katherine replied on 23/2 asking for a photo of the pen so that they could assist me. I replied the same day. On 24/2 Katherine emailed to say that a replacement pen would be dispatched that day. It arrived here on 26/2. In one of my emails I asked Katherine about an item I am looking for and wondered if they had similar on their website. She asked me pertinent questions to help her look for the item and within 24hrs she had responded. Katherine is a credit to her family and the company. Her emails were prompt, polite and professional. Thank you very much.

I needed to add another product to my…

I needed to add another product to my purchase having already placed my order. I followed the Customer Support procedure and was able to add the item to my shipment.
There are many mail order companies that would not have bothered to help me with this.
Top marks!

Good response to a product problem.

I had a product that wouldn't work for either my son or me. Both of us in IT. Returned it and had a call from an excellent engineer who was testing the product. We had a sensible constructive conversation - rare these days! Outcome is a new unit is being sent and now we await the chance to use it. All we could ask. Thanks.

Galaxy Watch 3 Replacement straps

Great customer experience from Mobile Fun.
I purchased 2 Galaxy Watch 3 Straps for a fraction of the price compared to buying genuine straps from the Galaxy watch store. They fit perfectly and are great quality too very happy customer! :)

Things went wrong but were made right…

Things went wrong owing to using a discount off an order but even though things were looking bleak, Ben stepped up & sorted things out. I am overjoyed at the result. Things can go wrong but how a company reacts says a lot & Mobile Fun stepped up & made things right, which Impressed me & made me very happy with the company.

Very happy with product and service

I'd read the mixed reviews of this company. But needed a replacement Mobile phone holder for my car. The Olixar Magnetic Windscreen And Dashboard Mount Car Phone Holder looked like what I needed ( and was available at half price on this site.) I decided to chance it, and placed an order 4 days ago at the weekend. Got an email on the Monday to say it was despatched (with tracking info). Item here today. Exactly what I ordered. So their systems have worked very well for me. Thanks.

Very happy, defo recommend

I've used this firm for a few years and always been happy. I bought a wireless phone charger / holder for the car a few months ago, worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago, it just stopped charging. I contacted customer services, explained the issue and that my phone charged on other wireless chargers, so I knew it wasn't the phone. Customer service were great! No questions asked, they apologised and said they'd send me a new one once I'd returned the faulty item. Which I did and a new one arrived approx a week later along with a discount code to use on my next purchase! Very happy. Will defo continue to use them and defo recommend them. This is the first time I've had an issue with any of their products.

was looking for a nice slim not clear but a nice frosted one, couldn't find anywhere until I came across mobile fun website, nice cheap case and with a snug fit, had a defect with one I bought which was resolved within a day of delivery, quick and reliable service from Katherine

Anthony turned a 1-star disaster into a 5-star experience!

I had a complete nightmare with the initial delivery (thanks to Evri, who failed to deliver and gave a lazy, untrue excuse). I was incredibly frustrated and expected a huge hassle to get it sorted.

I was fortunate enough to have my complaint handled by Anthony. He is an absolute credit to this company and single-handedly turned this entire experience around.

Anthony was professional, incredibly polite and took personal ownership of the problem. He was so apologetic (even though it wasn't his fault!) and went above and beyond to make things right, sorting out a refund and a new delivery immediately. He even included a kind present for all the trouble.

This is genuinely the best customer service I have ever received. In a time when most companies hide behind bots, Anthony provided personal, proactive and generous support. I will 100% be a returning customer, all thanks to him. Thank you, Anthony!
