Mobile.de is really a fun place spending time at. You can browse cars that you can afford and also look up your dream cars. Most ads are fun and professional.

From start to finish, working with Neroh was an outstanding experience. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and answered every question with confidence. The car was presented in excellent condition and the entire process was smooth and fair.

What stood out most was his professionalism and the trust he built. Communication was clear, there was never any pressure, and I always felt taken care of. I’ve purchased many cars, and this was by far the best experience. I highly recommend Neroh and this dealership.

I saw an advertisement for a almost new BMW 420i M quoted at € 11K. This is obviously wrong. I checked the “dealership’s” other ads and they match the same pattern.
The link to the dealership points to a subsite within the mobile.de website itself.

I reported the issue to mobile.de thinking their site is being abused for internet fraud but instead of a thank you note they immediately deleted my profile and blocked me from future access.

It is now clear that mobile.de itself engages in online fraud and organized crime. I am reporting them to the German Police right now on suspicion of organized internet fraud and other financial crimes online.

Everything was perfect , very recommend

An unpleasant surprise on Friday afternoon that the vehicle could not receive red license plates. I had explicitly asked about this before paying for the van. I was assured that there was no problem. The driver was arrested in Romania. The license plates were confiscated. Additional costs for a lawyer and the van was taken back to Bulgaria.

The seller completely lied to me because he sent me the Dekra report and told me that the defects I saw would be repaired upon delivery anyway.

On top of that, the vehicle was handed over without the air conditioning working.

After recharging the air conditioning at another garage, it worked for two days and then there was no gas in the AC system again.

They deny all liability for two broken headlights (impossible to see because I signed the documents before even seeing the vehicle), and above all, another car was parked in front of it, which prevented me from seeing the defective headlights properly!

I came from Greece to buy a used Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with fridge unit from Janzen Automobile. I was a bit nervous because it’s a long way, but everything went very well.

Mr. Janzen helped me with all the documents and did all the preparation before I arrived. He even helped me find a hotel, so I could just relax while everything was getting ready. The car was ready and just like in the pictures – clean, in very good condition, and the fridge works perfect.

I already bought more fridge units for my business, and this van is a great addition. I plan to buy more refrigerated vehicles in the future and I will order only from Mr. Janzen. He is honest, professional, and very friendly. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service!

Mobile.de, the best in Europe

Very good aplication, but you should done more on false advertisement. There are a lot of fake sellers. Every serious company should confirmed all theirs advertisments before advertising.
