Very detailed information on cars, many filtering options to choose what we want. Possible to contact dealers via email, even if we don't know their true email (they have to specify it when they post a car ad). Contacting via email is great for foreign buyers, as they will not pay a lot of money to contact them by phone (in case they don't have WhatsApp, Viber or any of their similar apps on their phone).

I used the website to find a car dealer. The car dealer defrauded me. I wanted to leave a review in mobile.de about this dealer. I asked the support how I can do this? I received an answer from an employee Eva Weller from Premium-Kundenservice who said, that I cannot leave a review for the dealer.

I have found the dealer in mobile.de, I have provided a contract with the dealer to prove a purchase, I have provided a letter from my lawyer to the seller proving the fraud and mobile.de does not allow me to leave a review for the dealer? I think the reason for this is that they want to protect the fraudulent company, because it is their customer.
