My grandfather taught me the measure of…

My grandfather taught me the measure of a man is how he reacts to his mistakes. Shaun isn’t reacting well.

MN Custom Homes built my neighbors house on 10th street in Kirkland 6 inches over the line onto my property, 7 years ago, and they have yet to settle with me and make things right.

They were told something was wrong 3 times during construction and responded with, “it doesn’t matter.  We will just buy your house and fix it later.”

They even demolished the previous house and ignored the footprint it had and moved the new foundation over 5 feet, so they had to have known something was wrong.

And at the end of their build they built a fence that actually touched my house. 7 years and I still don’t have a settlement offer. Just delays. Blaming others.

They could just make things right any time they want.  But they don’t.

Pictures available to anyone who doubts.

I wouldn’t trust them to build a dog house.
