This is yet another review because this comapny seems to get worse by the day. Its now been 5 days since my order, and ive got nothing. I’ve patiently been waiting as the item they sold me was out of stock (yet they decide to sell it to me anyway.) Ive received an email today telling me that the game will be back in stock today and i will receive it, just to then be told by another member of the company that they are cancelling and refunding my order. I just want my game and it SHOULD NOT be this hard to get it!!!!!

I dont want a refund, i want my game TODAY.

Fast shipping had code within 2 minutes in my email

Ordered a game, payed for in full, even sent a copy of my ID as requested (I buy allot of keys from different sites, but never have i been asked to show my actual ID)

4 days later, still waiting on the seller to send me the game.

Out of stock.

I was asked to wait for and or if the supplyer would restock keys, if this was not the case i had to contact them again. (delaying and making me gamble)

Now i have either chace my own money, or accept store credit.

After 7 days i and 2 times pressing them to ask the supplyer to restock the game i requested a refund.

I was asked to "change my revieuw on trust pilot before they could process the refund so i could get my money back. (this is blatant manipulaiton of user experiances)

I got so frustrated at this that i told them i would write an honest revieuw based on my experiances based on their willingness to refund me the money i payed for a hand full of empty prommises.

So, here is my "honest" review:

Do NOT buy from here. Evade it. Other sites dont ask for your ID and then make you chace a carrot on a stick if they are out of stock.

Tell your gamer friends to steer clear from this site!, unless they feel the need to wait a looong time only to end up chacing their own money (as predicted) and then waiting up to 7 days to see it land.

To sum it up:

1 They ask for your ID (extremely scary)

2 They do not update their page propper (out of stock games for sale)

3 You need to make demands for the game or your money back (or they will try to give you store credit and will make you wait longer)

4 They will dangle a carrot in front of you to make you wait if there is no key available from that provider, and will be vague about the outcome "if you have not recieved a key in a couple of days please contact us" (i have the screenshots saved)

5 Once a refund is approved, you can wait 2-3 (work) days for them to send it to your bank. And in some cases it can take up to 7 (work) days before it gets processed. Owh and they WILL ask you to change your revieuw to positive BEFORE they will send you the money back.

I own allot of games that i bought as a key from different sites.

But im never buying from these guys again, and I senserely recommend you to do the same.

I made it abunantly clear that my revieuw is based on the entire experiance and that i dont take it kindly to beeing approached in this manner. With it a fair warning that i would approach consumer protection authority's if they keep asking me to change the revieuw in to something dishonest.

Just bought a game, key was not available. Contacted support, in 30 secs got an answer in live chat, asked for refund, got instantly refunded.
And all this happened at 1:15 AM in the NIGHT!
Will always buy here, as I did before!

24 hours later still no key, support tells me i have to wait for another 14hours, or until the seller replys

Key was in Stock, right after payment went through, it said its out of stock right now, allthough you can still buy the same key

Today price went up by 10€, so if i cancel i would have to pay double the price to get a new key

Update 14.09.2024:

Contacted Support again, and was told i still have to wait for the key to restock, although it is still up for sale.

This behaviour borders on being a scam

Purchased yesterday download code for Terraria xbox.
After 24h (usually they deliver within 1 hour) no trace.
Contact via chat assistance and they tell me that it is out of stock and it takes a couple of days of waiting (maybe) to get it.
So I cancel the order having urgency.
The management of the products does not work well.
4 stars for the assistance that works well.

I got the game key very fast and it was so much cheaper. Nothing to complain about honestly. 10/10

I had no issues, bought it for 5$ and could right away download it and play with friends online.

Ive got scammed. Just bought the black ops 6 beta code. It says delivery 5-10 minutes. Still no code in my email. Tried the online live chat. No one was available.

1/10 never buying again here.

Still waiting for a key 24h after purchase. No customer support available.
