It's been 2 days since the code was purchased, there is no response from support, the code is available and shows that the delivery is 10 minutes, 2 days have passed, this site is a real scam, they stole the money and are silent, I do not recommend using it as much as possible, you will not wait for a response from support.

Great price, quick delivery of the steam key via email. 5 stars, would use again.

I never got my key delivered and want to cancel it so I can get my money send number of emails and nothing you can’t even call or chat as there chat is always offline WORST SITE!!!

I could not install the software on my laptop. Chrome showed it as being harmful and untrustworthy.

I just paid 5x 100 euro cryptovoucher but now I’m waiting more than 24 hours for verification.

24 hours have passed since I payed order. I bought two psn cards for a total amount 200 zlotys, but I did not receive the codes. I have already written several letters to the support post, no one is responding! What's going on anyway? Order number 129474565

Update, 4 days after making the payment, my order status changed to canceled in my personal account and today the money was returned to the card, while I did not receive a single letter, and I wrote more than 10 letters.. Thank you for returning the money, I do not advise anyone to use this service.

I received the product keys for Windows 11 pro and Office professional plus 2019 in 5 minutes after purchase.
I installed and activated both without any problem. It couldn’t be better. 100% recommended.

If there was option for a 0 stars,I would rate them like that.I've bought an account for ps4 and was unable to log in at all since the email what I was given,couldn't recieve the 2 step verification code from Sony since it was probably back up one.After multiple complains,they stop answering me,giving me the answer-seller said it's workinh and showing me an email with codes from sony.Despite I've made 6 minute video to prove them that is not the same email,they never answered me(even they told me to made video of account doesn't functioning).Now 'am short on both money amd account and I strongly suggest to choose other websites for any kind of service since once I've bought also account,with life time warranty,after informing them that account was banned they changed acc info removing life time warranty from it,despite screenshot I've sent.Scammers and avoid them if u can,my strong advice as 'am gaming for over a 30 years and never meet such a rude custommer support like here it is.

I bought a key but it was seemingly not in stock and for some reason this was not mentioned anywhere.

I waited the requested 1-24 hours but no key or any update.
I put in 4-5 tickets with the request for an update and we are now 8 days later but still no reply or key.

Been buying for ages at MMOGA but seems they are not a reliable seller anymore and spent money on a product which i did not receive.

I am afraid that i have to assume they are now regarded as a scam site as i have not received any reply from their support and or the key i paid for.

I would definitely NOT recommend buying anything from here anymore.

As no update / solution is being provided by MMOGA i will not further update this review.

Delivery time was listed with 1-24 hours but even after days no key was delivered even though the payment was accepted. Messages I've sent via the contact from are ignored and the live support is always offline.

I still haven't received a key after 24 hours and have written to support by e-mail. But I have not received a reply. Now it's been 48 hours and I still haven't received a key or a reply from support. 22,30€ for the Trash, i dont even can start a cancel of the order.

The same happend with a friend... Better pay more and buy it on Steam! I will update the Review when i get more information, but so far: 0/5 ⭐

Cela fait plusieurs années que je travaille avec MMOGA, et j'ai toujours été satisfait ! Cependant, ils procèdent de temps en temps à une vérification d'identité qui vous oblige à leur fournir une photo de votre visage accompagnée de votre carte d'identité.

Pour information, j'ai déjà dépensé plus de 3 000 € chez eux. La semaine dernière, j'ai commandé deux produits pour un montant de 100 €. Ils m'ont encore demandé une vérification d'identité (photo + carte d'identité), ce que j'ai envoyé. Ils m'ont ensuite délivré les produits, tout était en ordre.

Hier, je recommande deux produits... et là, re-vérification d'identité ! Grrr... 24 heures plus tard, toujours rien reçu. Après un email, ils m'informent que le produit n'est pas disponible et qu'ils vont me rembourser.

Je recommande alors aujourd'hui un autre produit qui est affiché comme disponible... et là, bing, encore une vérification d'identité ! C'est du foutage de gueule. Quel temps perdu ! Huit heures plus tard, toujours pas de clé, et aucune réponse à la dizaine de messages que je leur ai envoyés.

Je pense qu'ils sont devenus des escrocs. Si je n'ai pas de retour d'ici demain, je vais déposer plainte. Dommage, c'était si bien avant !

I have been working with MMOGA for several years, and I have always been satisfied! However, they occasionally require identity verification, which forces you to provide them with a photo of your face along with your ID card.

For your information, I have already spent over €3,000 with them. Last week, I ordered two products for a total of €100. Once again, they requested identity verification (photo + ID card), which I sent. They delivered the products, and everything was fine.

Yesterday, I ordered two more products… and again, identity verification! Grrr… 24 hours later, I still hadn’t received anything. After sending an email, they informed me that the product was unavailable and that they would refund me.

Today, I ordered another product that was listed as available… and guess what? Another identity verification! This is ridiculous. What a waste of time! Eight hours later, still no key, and no response to the ten messages I sent them.

I think they have become scammers. If I don’t hear back from them by tomorrow, I will file a complaint. Such a shame, it used to be so good!

Waited 24hrs ( nothing delivered )

Contacted support ( they say its out of stock but are still selling it on their website and didn't change it from available to out of stock )

Waited another 24hrs then Contacted support again
This time they said the code might be back in stock within 2 days
...

Update: the support seem very friendly and are doing their best
and they said it will be instock today and I should receive my order will update and change my review if I do get it.

Bought 10x Keys for value of over €470.00 Was promised 24 hrs delivery, and kept getting delayed, and support told me to be patient.

I kept contacting support for updates, and they kept saying keys are delivered today which they never were.

Then today i woke up with the order being canceled. Then i went straight to support, and asked for a refund because i paid with Crypto. Then they offer me a voucher????? A VOUCHER ????? They can't even refund to the original payment. Then i asked for compensation which they responsed "we need to ask our supervisor if we can offer compensation".. THEN THEY OFFERED ME €471 EUR VOUCHER TO USE ON THE WEBSITE, I PAID OVER €475 AND A GAME ACCOUNT FOR STEAM OR ORIGIN. THAT'S A JOKE.

ALSO A SIDENOTE NONE OF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEY COPY PASTE TEXT OR USE TRANSLATE, THEY LITTERALLY ANSWER LIKE A ROBOT.

THEY USE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BECAUSE ON THEIR WEBSITE IT DOES NOT SAYS THAT CRYPTO PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
