They sell items they don't have... I had to wait 45 days and the spoiler never arrived. They answered in the beginning in a rude diction and then not even a word… when you do the refound don’t believe them they will suddenly contact you and apologise but they will never send you the money back… I had to do the refound by myself trough ebay… really bad experience never again
Terrible customer service. Worst I have experienced in my life! Completely surreal answers from them. I´m still thinking it was a joke!
Bought alloys off their eBay site. What I ordered was 4 X 5x112 pcd and ET offset of 25. What I received was 2 correct rims and 2 rims of 5x108 ET offset of 45. One of the correct fitting alloys was also damaged before shipping to me and a repair has been attempted to hide the damage. No ABE certificate was included either. Seller would not accept return of their rims and tried to fight me on eBay. I won the case and eBay refunded me. Very unprofessional, silly staff members who are very unhelpful and uninterested once they have your money.
Also do not trust the feedback score of this company on eBay. Somehow they keep getting the negative feedback removed including mine. They are a 94% company at best.
Please save your money and buy elsewhere. If there is a problem with your purchase from here you are going to be in a world of trouble.
