Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Feels Like a Scam

I had a very poor experience ordering supplements from this website, and I want to share my story to help others make informed decisions.

Misleading and Delayed Shipping: The website automatically uses DHL Express as the only available shipping method. However, after completing my order, the product wasn’t handed over to DHL until one week later. Even worse, despite the promise of DHL Express, the package was shipped using the cheapest DHL option, not the express service. As a result, my supplements have been stuck in the U.S. for over two weeks and still haven’t arrived.

Negative Reviews and Poor Reputation: After this experience, I searched online and found many similar complaints from other customers. Issues range from slow shipping and poor customer service to doubts about the supplement quality itself.

⚠️ My advice: Be extremely cautious before ordering from this company. There are many other brands that offer better transparency, reliability, and customer care.

TO ANYONE BUYING THEIR MITOCOPPER AND IT'S BLUE, THIS IS HOW TO FIX IT

TO ANYONE BUYING THEIR MITOCOPPER POWDER... The company have created a story and pretended that they spent $1000000s on creating mitocopper, when they did not create it. It's actually someone else who crated it, and it's VERY easy to make yourself. If you get blue oxidised powder like I did from them, mix the amount of blue powder you need with ascorbic acid "vitamin c" in water, and it will reverse the oxidation process and turn it back into orange copper colour copper 1. If you received it and it was blue, that means it's oxidised and turned into into Copper 2... Vitamin c will steal back the electron from copper 2, making it copper 1, if I remember correctly, turning it back to the orange copper colour making it into the copper 1 you paid for. But, they don't want you to know that... This is the patent on how to make mitocopper. if anyone has the time, they can make a fortune making it and selling it, taking it out of the hands of this disgusting company who is selling a cheap, easy to make product, for a fortune, acting like they invented it. so, if your copper niacin is oxidised, it will be blue, and cheap ascorbic acid will turn it back into copper niacin 1, what you paid for, copper colour... This is the web address for the patent on how to make Mitocopper. I am surprised a Chinese company has not started selling it for cheap. I should tell them after this company didn't reply after making me think I was ripped off, which I was essentially. How to make mitocopper it in the address below.

Trust pilot won't allot me to post links, but just google "copper niacin patent", and you will see how easy and cheaply it's made.

If you have the time or patience to make this cheaply made product, please let me know and I will buy it from you. I should do it myself, but don't have patience. So, if you receive mitocopper and it's blue, ascorbic acid (vitamin c) will turn it as you paid for it. They don't tell you this, so you will buy capsules, or find how easy it is to make, and they didn't invent it like their BS story suggests.

They dont care at all about their customers

They dont answer emails at all, send out oxidized cipper that is toxic to use. I ordered from them with the promise they would ship within 4 days. I never got an email confirmation that I ordered. They sent their parcel 10 days after Inordered. My friend was supposed to bring them from america to me in Europe where the product was out of stock. They sent after 10 days, so i was unable to get the parcel. I wrote 6 emails to them all of them were ignored. The facebook group is heavily moderated so if you say something again youvare booted out. A lot of people have had very bad exoeriences with the product as well, feeling good at first and then crashing.
