The Mito Red Light product lineup includes full-body LED panels, targeted and portable therapy devices, wearable light therapy products, and bio-photonic skincare solutions. I got my red light belt quickly and I've used it about a week. It works well and I have seen results on my foot, that has been giving me fits for years. I am having less swelling and pain.

I haven't been able to use the MitoPro 1500x light yet that I received 5 days ago. I bought the universal stand so I could use it horizontally. One of the rolling casters won't work in any of the holes. The screws to attach it to the stand horizontally are too short. The instructions are not very good and lack of videos to help with it. The instructions had nothing for setup with just the 1500x and the universal stand it was all for multiple lights.

They sold me their helmet for $899, a little over a year ago. Recently, the plug inside the helmet became defective, causing it to constantly stop and restart during a session. I called, and you guessed it: they no longer sell the helmet, and have no parts, nor any repair program to help a customer.
Of course, they won't admit that they no longer have this helmet because of issue, but instead state that " they are growing into different products " what a load! Laughable...
Instead, iwas offered a $150 credit, if I purchased ANOTHER product through them
So, I guess i gotta eat $900+!!!!!!
Do not buy anything from this company. They do not back up their products, nor provide support to their customers...

I thought the website was very difficult to find the product I was looking for. I would put in panels and all I got was small ones. It not easy. There was not much help to know if the one I was looking was a fit for me. Still not sure. I went on the contact and that was not answered. So not a great review

Well it's too early to comment on the efficacy of the purchases, however I must say I am highly impressed with your purchasing and delivery process.

I’ve used this product at a health and wellness spa. It seems to have worked well for me, so I decided to buy one for myself.

I really can not say if it is helping or not, I have not been using it that long. you can not fix something overnight it takes time. I use it for 10 mins. every morning. I am just trying to help better my allergies, that I have had for years.

I don't have all my order; had to contact your folks twice to correct my order before it displayed what I wanted. Still waiting for the rest of my order.

I decided to exchange and upgrade my original purchase. Mito made it easy and seamless to do this. I am excited to get my MitoAdapt 4.0. The product and customer service are first class all the way.

My products arrived quickly. They were easy to set up. I didn’t expect drastic results in only 2 uses so I can’t say I feel any different now. I am hoping for pain relief after several weeks though. Keeping fingers crossed

Price seemed very competitive, customer service and communication about our purchase, before, during, and after was great, not too much, not too little. We have not had the light long enough to comment on the benefits of red light therapy.

Love this company when they first came out. Now all you see is influencers promoting their product. They have a good product but all of this promotion is a big turn off

The pads under the eyes put a lot of pressure on the undereye and makes them more baggy.
