At this time, we still do not have a confirmed date for the redesigned battery packs. The timeline has been impacted by UL certification requirements, and additional safety testing. Safety is our number one priority at Mito Red Light, and we will not release the batteries until all certifications and quality checks are fully completed.

Great coverage but heavy.
I did a LOT of research and finally chose this mask because the light coverage is better and the eye light protection shields were important to me. Overall, it works well and the time of use is fast - 10 min. or less. The only reason I gave it one less star is that the mask is heavy on my face. I get dents under my eyes. So I hold it up with one hand while wearing it to take the pressure off. I'm keeping it anyway because there are SO many more lights than all the others.

We ordered and received the MITO red light BELT.
We have received subsequent emails with user manuals for other MITO products, but not the BELT!
The instruction that came with the belt was very brief and not very instructive on how to use the belt.

I first bought a cheaper flexible red…
I first bought a cheaper flexible red therapy light on Amazon. I didn’t seem to be getting the results I had hoped for.After getting the book Red Light Therapy by Ari Whitten, I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on the Mito quad belt. I have only had it for a few days, but it seems more powerful. I am confident that I am not overdoing it because of Mito’s regorous testing protocols. So far, I am very favorable impressed.

Mito was kind enough to facilitate the exchange of my previous mask for a new one. However, the process of receiving the replacement was lengthy and challenging. After initiating the exchange, I had to wait a considerable amount of time for the new mask to arrive.
To track the status of my new mask, I emailed multiple times and was reassured that it was on its way, but it never arrived. My repeated attempts to resolve the issue included providing proof that I had returned the old mask. Ultimately, I connected with Sandra, who was genuinely helpful and resolved the situation. Although the process was complicated and time-consuming, I eventually received the new mask.
The new mask is significantly different from the previous one. While it offers more functionality, it is noticeably heavier. This added weight means the mask may need to be worn while in a vertical position rather than lying down, as the pressure creates indentations on my face.
I have worn the new mask twice and made adjustments to the straps, but indentations still occurred. For future use, I plan to wear the mask while upright, hoping this approach will make it more comfortable and minimize marks on my skin.

Great product, but the shopping experience needs attention
Hello, I just received the belts I ordered and confirmed that worked great. However, I did not give the highest rating due to my shopping experience. I got a 20% coupon on my first landing on the company Web Site, which I could not use right away (stating that some kind of limit was reached). I discovered a whole page on your Site dedicated to the active discount, but none of the worked, when I applied them to the items in my shopping cart. Therefore, I had to pay the full price.
