Earbuds do not sync so hear the sound at two different speeds, terrible sound quality and lots of trouble connecting & turning on.

Absolutely just the worst Chinese garbage (get used to hearing an annoying Chinese accented poorly spoken English voice, as you will hear it a lot over your airbuds many, many, many issues). Their earbuds are among the absolute worst in the world - overpriced even at it's cheap price point, absolutely 100% unreliable, 100% unsafe, 100% unstable. Avoid these con artists and grifters like your life depends on it.

Product did not work, what s rip off. Shame on company and airport for allowing a product like this to be sold.

Rechargeable flashlight. Worked first few weeks. Now battery seemingly won’t take charge albeit charger light does from red to green. But it will work when connected to power. Useless

It is not turning on I tried to turn it on but had no luck yet I bought it, but I wouldn't say I like it even when I turn it on I am going to remember the time. But I think that it is not going to turn on.

The earbuds keep turning off. If they turn on again, only one turns on, and it's impossible to turn the other on. Very annoying if you are biking, or exercising or on your way. Additionally, the beeping sounds is really loud (without any way too adjust). I also feel like sometimes they electrocute me. Honestly would not buy again.

Terrible! Just like the other reviewer I bought these earbuds at the airport, excited to use in the plane and nothing.

The instructions is just TERRIBLY bad, impossible to understand. They say that the earbuds will light up as soon as you take them out of the box, but it doesn't!

I thought I had to charge first, so I got in the hotel and put it to charge. Next day tried again and still does not work!

Do not fall in this trap! Mitone never more!

Bought a audio transmitter at AMS airport - doesn't pair with my JBL headphones - (bought specifically to pair with these for flight) doesn't pair with any of my other devices.
The website has a different logo to the box and one page telling you about what they sell in 3 lines with no product list - only where to buy at their airport only stores. Manual is not useful to a non-audiophile. Wasted money. Annoyed at the seemingly "shell" company online presence and nonfunctional product.

I bought earbuds from Helsinki airport. During a week holiday I could not charge enough power in them to get them working. Total waste of money. Don't touch them.

Bought headphones at an international airport, threw away the box in the airplane. In the air, I realized there was a defect.
Upon landing, I went to the same franchise store in the airport. They offered to exchange them for me for free, but they didn't have them in stock. They gave me details of Mitone's customer service and I received a new set of headphones without any issue.

I buy these headphones almost every year, because the noise cancellation doesn't compare to others, especially for this price. I bought quite an expensive JBL last year but the sound quality is comparatively way better.
They have a cheaper feel these days, but are lighter and seem more sturdy and durable.

What ever you do, do not buy the mitone earphones+travelcase. It will be an absolute waste of your money. They do not even come with a sponge cover to help them stay in your ear. They fall out of your ear right away. The product is only meant to scam you out of your money before your board your flight. Bought mine at Schiphol Airport. They should not sell this to people.

I bought wireless , Bluetooth ear buds from electronics shop in Doha and have charged for over 24hrs and they are not coming on.what a waste of 55 dollars and Shane on customer care rep at Doha Airport who recommended them and have since not even used them. Need a refund. Why are they even in the market being sold

By delivering wireless earphones that works as meant to work.

I hate you Mitone with this stupid earbuds it stoped charging after some days and the sound is sooo bad rarely it’s good but 99% bad I don’t like you bad pls don’t buy if you want to use it for some mounts

Bought at the airport, worst quality headphones I've ever used!!!! Here's a small list of things:
-randomly connects to phone when in charging box
-randomly disconnects when no audio is playing after like 5 seconds
-non functional in rain because:
1) is randomly turned off
2) switches playlist
3) random pauses
4) resets songs
-poor connection, when phone is 0.5 m away from earbuds connection is broken

And so many different problems!!!! I wish I could get my money back, because I can get a way better quality for half of the price

Bought a speaker at the airport and the sound is so extremely low. I believe my phone can play louder. Not recommend.

Bought mine on a cruise ship in February 2020. Used them fine there and then. After cruise holiday ended they never worked again.

Absolute rubbish

Purchased a pair of earbuds in an airport & they more or less stopped working within a few hours. The manual is less than useless, and the customer service is non-existent. Please avoid.

bought the true wireless earbuds, charged once and used. Then the right one worked. Now nothing charges and nothing works. Used them about 2 hours total and now they are done.
