I employed Misty Windows to replace the seals on my windows.
The workmen offered a cash discount, which was later rudely refused by the management when they found out. The workers denied the offer and I was told to not contact them again.
A few days later, the seals began popping out! Not what I expected at all from a professional company.
They refused to come back and fix the problem.
I popped the seals back in myself, but they just keep popping out again every few days.
This has been an ongoing problem for many months.
I don't need to be told to not contact them again, because I have no intention of ever allowing them to work on my home again!!!
I would not recommend Misty Windows to anyone, I would advise paying a little bit more and get the job done properly by a better company.

We got a quote for several sealed units and some new hinges and misty window repairs were by far the best quote we got Lee was so helpful and gave us a price straight away and a week later he’s two fitter’s turned up and a couple of hours later the job was done very professional and very tidy would absolutely recommend misty window repairs many thanks to Lee for all your help and advice.

With Winter approaching we did not need a hinge to break on an upstairs bedroom window - but it did! Contacted Lee at Misty Windows since we live only 20 minutes away. He quickly offered a date and cost for the repair, and this was duly carried out to our complete satisfaction by two very friendly (and quick!) chaps.
