FRAUDSTERS! Do not order from here. They will show you a price and charge you something else. Also items are not delivered and you are at their mercy for delivery. We made a mistake and will never be ordering anything from here

I purchased an opklapbed from misterbed and it is decent for what I needed, though I can see why some of the previous reviews were less than positive. The reason for my 1 star is for the disregard this company has for the safety of its customers - I chose to hire the handyman they advertise on their website to install the bed, and the man they work with and promote ended up going through my personal belongings while he was in my house - I informed the company of this illegal behaviour and they chose to continue to advertise this person's services. This speaks volumes of the values and principles of this company, when they choose to be effectively complicit to any other illegal/threatening act this man will do in another customer's house. I do not recommend purchasing from this company as long as they continue to work with people who exhibit illegal behaviours.

Way lower quality than Ikea, took 2 full days to assemble a bed, and have a missing item with no expected delivery date despite getting in touch multiple times. Will update the review if I ever receive the item.

Update: I eventually did receive the item after multiple complaints.

Very happy with the bed :) though it took 1 full day to assemble it.

Bought an Alaska bed for our daughter. clearly advised it was easy to assemble. no true. Spent hours trying to decode the manual before hiring a professional, we were told we did not need. He was equally perplexed. When the bed was completed it was not fit for purpose. The bed was too wide for the bed frame. I contacted the vendor. They called the next stay. Suggested it was normal for the frame not to fit and that they would send me some wooden blocks to solve the problem. Why should it be normal to have to get additional wooden blocks. the solution should be in the pack. I was told that my brother who has 30 years experience as a carpenter didn’t know what he was talking about. arrogant and rude. No word of an apology. Apparently I had to call them if I had an issue. but how would I know I had an issue until the bed was assembled. thoroughly unsympathetic and unwilling to accept responsibility. I would give zero stars if I could. Suggest you go to Ikea if you want to avoid painful self build or additional cost,

Bed never delivered and I had to chase them a number of times to get any information as to when it might finally arrive. They seemed exasperated that I was asking. When I finally cancelled the order, almost 2months after they took the money, they didn’t seem to care at all.

Very very happy with our kasten - the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that one of the side panels was a different colour than everything else. For us not a big problem, but enough to drop a star. Otherwise, excellent kasten, good price and very quickly delivered!
