They sent the wrong item then wouldn't send me a pre-paid shipping label to return it!
I ordered a purple TERRY CLOTH bath robe with a HOOD, but they sent a FLEECE robe with no hood. When I tried to return it, I got an email back from their customer service person in broken English, saying something like, "If you take $15 off, please to keep current robe." I responded, "NO. I want to return this robe. You sent the wrong one. And I want a refund." They emailed back asking me to keep it if they take $20 off. They didn't want to send me a pre-paid return shipping label, probably because their shipping costs back to China would be more than the value of the crappy robe they sent me by mistake. THANKFULLY, I paid with Paypal, and Paypal refunded my money within 30 seconds of my complaint. I bet they got other complaints about this company!
