Customer service is absolutely diabolical and keep avoiding my request for a refund.

I tried a dress on that wasn’t suitable so I sent it straight back, I have receipt of it on November 2nd. Refunds are meant to be processed within 10 working days max. I should have been refunded a week ago now. To have to chase for it is just not acceptable and does not show professionalism or integrity.
Lovely material and quality but came up very small. I am 5”7 and 8 and half stone. Usually wear size 6/8 or xs but the 6 was very small and the s was the same. Such a a shame.
