Sadly starting with negatives but ending on a positive note. I was happy to sign up with Misfits Market because they carry products I cannot always find at my local markets. Through them I’ve found some new favorites. The problems arise with produce. Wonky looking isn’t an issue for me as I grew up with a large garden. Freshness IS an issue. On several occasions I’ve received produce that was already spoiled, mushy and even moldy right out of the box. Second is availability. With a week long shopping window, there’s no way to guarantee the items you’ve ordered will still be available by the time they ship. That said, there are only two possible shipping days, Tuesday and Friday. If I see items available until my shopping window closes, they should be designated for my cart but are not. There needs to be an easy way to provide delivery instructions, especially for handicapped customers (myself included.) Third part delivery services just dump heavy boxes on the floor near the apartment mailboxes rather than bringing it to my door. Now the good. Customer Service is FANTASTIC. They respond quickly and put in extra effort to resolve issues. They helped me navigate the convoluted instructions issue, promptly refund for spoiled products, and do all of the above politely and with a genuine desire to help the customer. My advice? Use them for unique non-perishables, sealed meats, dairy, and hearty vegetables etc, but maybe steer clear of the more delicate produce, no matter how tempting it may look.

This company goes well beyond keeping customers happy.Im very pleased with their service.

Getting groceries delivered to my door, fresh, high quality, reasonably priced is a fantastic way to shop. The selection out does my local grocery stores and the convenience is amazing. No more dragging myself to the market

I would give no stars if that where option way to pricey for the food that you get not good qaulity!

This Web is really a good find since it offers a betters price on groceries and must comming from our farmers. For this, I don't mine about look, only the quality of products and service. Thanks.

I enjoy the selections offered especially the fresh fruits and vegetables. The quality of the products is very good and I find the same brands as at Whole Foods. I love that they donate a percentage of the profits to Feeding America.

Great quality products at competitive prices. Packing is always carefully done and never had any issues with the shipments. I definitely recommend it.

I made an honest mistake while on the Site. For me, I was making a "Wish List" not knowing I was actually placing my Order. I didn't know how Misfits'🫜 Order Page worked and I put in all my information and was looking for that "Process My Order" button🤔 Two days later I received an Email informing me that my Order was about to be processed, I immediately went online to contact the company ASAP to cancel, but ended up on a "Chat" page.
I'm not a Fan of those "Chat" conversations, but this one was different. It truly felt like I was chatting with a LIVE agent. All my concerns were promptly 'answered', assistance with cancelling My Order and even changing my Ordering Method was done through the system on my behalf. I even received a confirmation Email of what was all done.
I realize Ai technology is rapidly improving. Perhaps in some instances it could be a good thing.

There was an issue with my box, some items not in the cooler pack, but it was resolved immeditely and with ease.

Misfitsmarket not only has some of the best discounted food from top brands, they really listen to their customers needs. I have to say they have the best customer service as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and hassle free online shopping experience.

Misfits market is very helpful to anyone who works, enjoys cooking, loves convenience, and believes we all work together to help prevent pollution and waste. They make it so easy to shop for groceries that are organic and foods that would normally be wasted just because they don’t fit a supermarkets idea of a perfect. The company is so innovative and very involved with a community by helping to feed the homeless and indigent. I highly recommend this market. They even deliver to your door for free every Tuesday. I love their products and customer service. Try it. You won’t regret it.

As a retired senior with health issues, but still active in volunteering and community events, I don't have the energy to shop. I rarely drive myself as I no longer feel comfortable doing so. I am on a fixed budget and have tried several delivery service options. I chose Misfits Market as my #1 food delivery service and became a member several months ago with a very reasonable yearly fee. Membership is the most affordable plan for delivery. The App makes shopping easy. Deliveries are weekly on a set day. Carts are preloaded with items of interest,but I adjust my cart items weekly and typically skip 2 weeks out of the month. Misfits own brand and selections allow affordability that work. Definitely NOT boring! The delivery is professionally managed and App trackable. Customer service is streamlined and thorough. Misfits donates meals to the community efforts based on its sales. Misfits delivers quality enjoyable products. Five star win-win.

As a disabled person, I really appreciate the ability to browse products one at a time, to see what is in them, and have them delivered right to my door. It is great to see all the ingredients so I can make sure it is what I want, and getting organics is the only way for me. The service is great too. I have been a happy customer for about two years.

This company is very helpful and reliable. They have delivered to me twice and its been perfect. They have a very good selection of foods.

You never know whether to trust these up and coming brands you see on social media. I was skeptical, but tried one delivery.
I’ve been hooked ever since- Misfits isn’t always cheaper than grocery stores but I feel good about the quality of food I feed my family from it. Reducing waste and processed food matters to us, and it’s been a blessing for us to have these deliveries of Whole Foods each week.

Customer service was spot on very curtious and prompt. I wasn't able to solve turning off getting an ice pack for non perishable items box of food. They were very prompt to help out with my subscription issue and gave me a refund. Also offered to replace the food that arrived in soggy boxes. I think the issue lies in the packaging not the food. Their customer service is A+, the foods are sometimes ones I wouldn't have tried on my own which gives more variety.
