Given my personal schedule, I have been using Misfits for more years now and I certainly saw the drastic improvement in not only the selections but also the customer service front. Overall I would highly recommend your trying this service to cover your daily necessities.

The products themselves have been great-the care and accuracy of packing is NOT. I have had several orders either damaged , wrong items sent (including one box that was entirely wrong) or bruised beyond repair (in the case of fruit). If one is paying for this kind of service -you would think they would be more aware. ***yes customer service was contacted-but that solves little (other than a credit -which was good)- when you’re told too bad (in the case of the entirely wrong order) -we can’t replace it-reorder next week.

Site is not easy to navigate when it comes to canceling subscriptions. Even after removing my bank information from their site, letting my bank know that I did not want any orders from this company, and getting a new bank card, they were able to charge my account. I returned the oder to FedEx, unopened, and still have not been able to get a refund. I had only ordered once from them and was unsatisfied with the order, the produce was not fresh and I can get it cheaper from a grocery store. I would actually not even give this company any stars at all.

Love the variety. Admire the mission. Delivery on time.

I've been ordering Misfits Market since 2020 and have always been happy with each box. If ever there is a mistake or something is damaged in transit, the customer service is amazing to work with. I love ordering there mystery items, such as mystery onions, melons, or even mushrooms. I also love the quality of their brand, Odds and Ends' dairy products!

I love getting fresh fruit and vegetables. Until I joined , I only got frozen stuff. I have limited space to put them that's why I don' buy every week .I love the having chicken again too. I understand about the chicken. It was still cold . I just thought you should know.

I have been a customer for over four years!!! Awesome customer service and the products are the best. I only buy organic and the never disappoint!!! High quality products though fine may be a little misfits but still cook and taste great!!!

I have been a member for about 6 months. I have had only one issue and that was with FedEx . Misfits took care of the issue and refunded my account. I was very pleased!

I get Organic Produce on here cheaper than Non-Organic in the stores! If you start using Misfits Market at least semi-regularly, get the Misfits Market Plus!

Food was fresh, packed with plenty of ice. It arrived on time. Enjoying my subscription!

After reading the poor reviews, I'm not surprised by my experience with my very 1st order. Seems good until the delivery person puts the box on an outdoor step to a 21 unit locked apartment building. Checked today thinking it was in our mail room. Find out the company called Optima shipping didn't even bother to put the box of perishable items inside the building entrance. In the days of scams and theft thats just ridiculous! Now I'm glad I didn't even receive the order. I've contacted both Misfit customer service and my credit card provider. Won't bother trying another order regardless of the good mission.

Of all of the boxes I’ve received, two had some damaged fruit. I got nearly an immediate response and a credit for the amount of the item. Excellent customer service.

Misfits Market is very good. They are even understanding even when I screw up.

The organic produce and meats come in great shape and last 3-4 days longer than store bought. My favorite products are the organic eggs and gluten free breaded chicken breast tenders. Wow! Great food! I don’t know what the difference is, but the eggs when boiled are easier to peel than store bought. There’s a good selection of snacks like popcorn, chips, and granolas not made with seed oils. Finally, the delivery service is superb! They have the logistics down pat, tracking is in real time the day of delivery so I can plan my day to prevent the food box from sitting out in the Texas heat. I highly recommend Misfits!

Consistently fresh great produce at a good price. I like that there is a variety of organic and humane certified meat and dairy products to choose from. IF there is ever a problem with my order the customer service department is there and comes through

I’m a new Misfits Market customer - received my first box this week and have ordered my second. There was only one product I didn’t care for(the orange/cranberry scones). Everything else I’ve tried has been delicious. If the quality continues in the next couple boxes, I intend to make Misfits Market my primary source for groceries. Raylene

I tried the Misfit Market, unfortunately it was not a good fit for me at the moment, I did receive 2 shipments before I had to stop my subscription, and all the items were good. The customer service were amazing assisting me to cancel my membership. I would definitely recommend this company to others
