Staff very slow to respond and can not read properly. Suspect they spend more time on Facebook then actually dealing with customers.
A nightmare placing orders, the stock on the website is inaccurate.
A nightmare finding out information or cancelling an order.
Suspect a credit card chargeback will be required to receive a refund.
Never ordering from this company again.
AVOID unless you have lots of spare time on your hands and enjoy chasing for updates multiple times a day!

Ordered an item which was not delivered and impossible to contact to get a replacement or refund. Would not recommend using them.

Misco failed to deliver something I ordered and then just cancelled it.

I have the laptop for 4 months and have brought it for about 6 times to repair. I have a list of emails with complaints. Moreover, the issues I have do not allow me to use the laptop anymore. While they are not providing solutions to the problem,even stopped responding to emails. Extremely unsatisfied and regret buying the laptop from them at all. Now I have an unsable laptop and I lost my money

This company sells Misco Would not owned, but what I believe is that it makes with purpose.
Wen Misco ignored his braids, also ignored Misco its customer that is placed on Misco bill, and Misco it must pay, early or later.
For the first time Misco says that the calculated transport costs may not be sufficient, despite that Misco knew where you live, because when ordering your address is required.
Then when I ask for the difference, says Misco that the goods are no longer available, but money for the goods have been dealt.
Companies like this should go out of the market, have no scruples and no respect for its customers.
The anonymity should not be a reason for criminality.
I advise everyone not pay before you receive confirmation of availability.

We did a web survey and trusted the Misco website with a price-worthy offer and decided to purchase. The purchased laptop was delivered in time and with all accessories we asked for. It was fully operational after charging and functions as it should.

Like in titles. I work with them already for more than 3 years already in Netherlands. Prices high but service for companies is more than good. Only thing is that they changed already my account manager 3 times without any notification. So this I found annoying.
Also they can find almost everything for You even if it is not direct available. Fast shipment.

Got a mail from Misco: please by XXX we have an action!
So, the price was really sharp, so I went on line, placed an order, payed, the order was accepted. Then they call me that the item could not be delivered. Told them that the website said it was in stock. Next day it was again in stock and it still is today.
So they made a mistake with the price.. Why not just say that..
Dishonest sales department, unreliable.
Never will shop here again.
And what kind of optin is this review..

Fast delivery, good price, packing very solid. Can't say anything negative.
