On using for the first time, it did exactly what I wanted and the build quality gave me a lot of confidence.

I ordered multiple bits of kit from Mirafit. This included, what appeared to be a 30kg Sandbag.
On arrival, it was literally a 30kg branded sandbag with no weight! When contacted I was advised to go to my local DIY store and purchase sand.
This poor customer service led me to return the item and due to its size, cost around £13.00. I sent this back recorded delivery on the 11/07/2026 and have had no update around my refund!

Quick delivery, competitive pricing, and everything arrived exactly as ordered. I bought the Multi Grip Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar in black, which was dispatched fast and turned up in perfect condition, well packaged.
