Crappy Sheets and Poor Business Practices
My wife ordered sheets from this company with 30 day returns. We slept on them two nights and found them extremely uncomfortable. Consequently we sent them back in the original package and asked for a refund which was offered upon purchase. We heard nothing and when my wife called to find out why we had not been credited for the purchase as sheet returned, they said they would upgrade to their top of the line sheets and in that we didn't like the original sheets they sent we declined with the understand they would refund the purchase amount of $188.04. Two days later they sent an email offering as third off the sheets we originally bought even though they now had possession of the sheets. The answer from us is refund our money. Very disappointed in the sheets and the way this company operates not standing by their warranty to take the sheets back if not happy. We this attitude I'm in doubt that we will get our money back.
