Don't waste your time or money
These sheets are horrendous! They are rough, itchy, not at all cooling. I literally can't fall asleep on them. They claim free returns. No questions asked. Well that too is a lie. I have been trying to return them, but their customer service keeps asking me questions and offering partial refunds. I DO NOT WANT A PARTIAL REFUND for sheets I CAN NOT sleep on.

A Game Changer!!!
The sheets leave me and my husband feeling cooler. The quality is good. The idea of the silver-infused technology creating antimicrobial sheets and towels is welcome. The Navy color is gorgeous. I receive emails for sales on the sheets and for free towels, and use those to get more sheet sets. The towels dry very quickly and are also of excellent quality. I ordered some additional hand towels, because I wash my hands a lot, and the towels have been a game changer!

Miracle Brand sells the real thing…and can be used on recliners or sofas too
Miracle Brand sells the real thing regarding sheets that are antimicrobial with silver threads. I bought a set of Twin size sheets and pillowcase. I actually bought it for my recliner which due to physical issues I now sleep in the chair and not my bed. The Twin fitted sheet fits perfectly on my chair and the flat sheet I use as a "blanket", especially in hot weather. It looks great and feels so sleek and comfortable. The pillowcase is put on a standard pillow which I use under my legs for cushioning. These sheets aren't just for beds. Order them for your recliner, a love seat or a sofa. Pretty sure you'll love it.

Charged $18.00 for insurance on the sheets.
I purchased the sheets, but have not received them yet. It’s only been a few days since I ordered. After I made the payment I noticed an extra charge of $18.00 for “insurance” on the queen sheets I ordered. This was not explained or offered prior to me entering the payment information. I will contact the company after I receive them and will likely return them if they refuse to refund this amount. This is unethical business practice.

I enjoyed the smoothness of the sheets when we got them. Didn't notice a different in temperature range. My biggest problem is the pilling. It's not comfortable sleeping on them anymore. Also, there are too many places when the seams are splitting.

Very nice sheets but no change in sleep quality.
These are very nice sheets, smooth and silky and comfortable, but they made no difference in the quality of my sleep. I have had them on my bed for almost two weeks, and my pattern of sleeping well some nights, medium some nights, and having an occasional night when I feel like I've hardly slept at all has not changed.

Miracle skimped on the fabric allowance!
The sheets feel nice but it seemed like Miracle skimped on the fabric allowance to make sure the fitted queen size sheet can accommodate a deeper mattress. A few inches allowance I believe would have made a big difference, The same thing with the standard size pillow cases. They hardly cover the full pillow —showing the end of pillow !

Very suspicious business practices.
When checking my order I found that Miracle Brand added items that I said I did not want. Instead of $139 for sheets, my total exploded to $367! Within 10 minutes of the order I called their number. After many attempts calling the listed number the call was never answered. When trying the email route the email sight would not connect. I have submitted a stop payment with PayPal. There is something very suspicious with MiracleBrand and their business practices. I posted this info on their Facebook ad and the comment was removed. Beware of deceptive practices.

Really Disappointing!
Really disappointing! First, these sheets are not cotton. They may have started out that way in the manufacturing process, but whatever is applied to make them shiny and soft also makes them look and feel exactly like polyester. Additionally, the minuscule thread count of 300 does not justify the price. I attempted to return them and was instead offered a $50.00 credit. I guess Miracle doesn’t want the sheets either. That is not a “30 Night Happiness Guarantee.” It is a bait and switch, though.

Great product, it clearly matches website descriptions. High quality, mine had a small defect which was replaced with complete new sets . Customer service was exceptional in my experience. Highly recommend the product and their service.

No customer service at all!
I bought these sheets based on the return policy - free 30 days. After I ordered them, my wife and I decided to purchase a new mattress which is a different size than the sheets ordered. With that said, I have tried to return them without success. I have called the support number 10x and each time it rang off the hook. The support email stated on the website loops back to the home website with no access to support desk. This is why I will always order from Amazon going forward. At this point I may be eating $300! Service/support does not exist!

I received the sheets, comforter and towels very fast. I love these feel of them all. I sleep a lot cooler now. The towels are really nice. Very adsorbent and no fuzz! Love them all!!
