Minster Law is a good firm and responsive to my own enquiries and they resolved my claim promptly about 3-4months ago. However, it was sad that my wife (we started the claim together) has been waiting for almost 6 months and they keep dribbling her in a circle- We have sent emails but they often don’t respond and sometimes when we call - it’s same story of ‘we are still waiting for the other party’.
We had our accident in October 2025 and this is end of August 2026. We feel disappointed but we are helpless. It could be better.

Recently settled on my non-fault claim following an accident in September 2023. Sadly, the experience of dealing with Minster Law has been as distressing as the incident itself. Took nearly 3 years to conclude my claim after being hit by an uninsured driver, however if I hadn't chase it up to the levels I did and made a formal complaint to Minster Law then I could easily imagine this would have taken another couple of years to conclude - I do feel for people being represented by this law firm who are still waiting. I feel like the next steps in the process are only taken when you've made contact with the team, I can appreciate I will not be the only client but things are generally way too slow. I made a complaint when I hadn't heard an update in 2-3 months despite contact made from myself. The people handling my claim showed no compassion for the situation I was in - hit by an uninsured driver with car written off, sustained physical and psychological injury which required me to be off work for 2 months+. I just felt like I was a nuisance in chasing things up. Then to top things off on the communication front I agreed a settlement, a document was sent through to me stating that costs were sought from the third party, however it turns out they weren't and there was a discrepancy in the final figure that I received by around £3,500 less than what I was told in a breakdown document. The settlement will go a long way to supporting me going forward but If I had thought ahead I would have sought alternative legal representation. The best thing to come out of the experience was the EDMR therapist who was brilliant but again this occurred by chance as the previous therapists recommended by Minster Law could not accommodate my needs.

In difficult times, they listened with interest and compassion. Offered their expertise to guide us through a difficult situation.
All the legal professionals and associated staff all acted with professionalism and dignity.
Nothing was ever too much trouble regardless of how many questions and whether these questions were daft or sensible!, we felt cared for & understood.
The case is now finished and we thank Minster Law for their help. We would recommend if you need a personal accident legal support/company. Thank you.
