Excellent service

I recently had my Mini Mayfair exhaust/manifold repaired also heater sorted out and I would like to say from the young man who looked after us at the main desk to the mechanic and a nice guy on the phone called (mike) the service we received was absolutely fantastic and our car has never been so good so thank you to the mini sports team. Very bad customer service and too slow…

Bad customer service and too slow communication. I made an order on 8 April and for 30 days I couldn't receive any parcel. At first they said they couldn't do nothing because they have no control over their shipping company , then (about 26-27 days after) they said that the parcel was lost and said they will refund me.
So immediately I made another order with one of their competitors, buying the same spares as my car was sleeping in a workshop (paying a fee) since one month. Well, the parcel of this new order arrived in 4 days, but after this also the "lost" parcel arrived. Minisport wouldn't refund me. They officially said the parcel was lost! They just offered me a discount for a possible next order I could make with them. With Minisport that has no control over their shipping company? No, thanks. Minisport made me spend a lot of money and waste a lot of time. One month with the car stopped!

Bad customer service

worst service i’ve come across. R60 jcw body kit advertised as available on website. pay for goods. phone up to see where my order is - turns out it’s not even in stock. Annoyed that I have to phone up to see what’s going on, not even a courtesy email. end up waiting 2-3 weeks for goods. won’t use again.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, just claiming that they haven't recevied any mails. Won't refund on their mistakes.
Forgets to add items to orders.
Kits are missing component .

Poor refund service

Good website and products unfortunately even though they are very efficient at taking your money they are not as efficient at returning it if you need a refund.

Minispares on the other hand give quick refunds and even send an invoice to confirm.

Poor goods , Poor Service.

Recently spent over a £1000 on items to restore my mini, amongst the order was a Minisport Brake Conversion Kit 8.4 vented discs. The order was sent to my mechanic to fit the parts. When the mechanic came to bolt on the discs and tighten them up cracks appeared along 3 of the holes. He called Minisport 3 times and know one called him back. I was away on business so called Minisport on my return. I spoke with the sales manager who was less than helpful requesting a photograph of the evidence which was sent immediately. After more chasing they suggested that it could be a fitting fault not accepting that it might have been a faulty part. Discs were sent back and I was informed that I would receive£140.00 refund. Finally a credit note appeared for £40.00?
I won't be spending anymore money with these guys and strongly suggest that you don't either !

Quick shipment but VERY MISLEADING...

I was very surprised when i received my item that it didn't reflect the image they had on the website. After all if you buy a item with the name Orange and a image of a Orange you wouldn't expect to be sent a apple would you.

I then contacted the support but all he did was lie about not stocking the item i said the image displayed despite the fact its on their website AND the catalogue they sent out with the parts i ordered.

One thing is very sure i wont be ordering from these again and id advise people to stay away if they dont want to risk being mislead.

Brilliant company

Ive purchased plenty of items from this company over the past few years. I prefer to phone them when it comes to ordering as they are very helpful and always suggest whats best for the purpose. They have plenty of parts in stock and there website is very easy to navigate. If your looking for parts for your mini then this is the place to go. They have a great CNC machine and the 4pot alloy brakes are superb!! The quality is brilliant.

Possibly the best mini parts supplier around

Minisport have always been very quick to ship any items I have ordered, and are very helpful when you need some advice on what would best suit your beloved mini. They nearly always have some offers on so are very good if you are on a budget. I will definitely use these people again
