Everything from start to finish working with MINAMEGA has been perfect. I ordered a spoon a few weeks ago and it arrived and it was beyond my expectations. The craftsmanship is stellar. The Customer Service regarding turnaround times and follow up is absolutely amazing. I’ve also communicated with the owner an artist a few times and she’s quite lovely and very accommodating. I recently ordered five additional spoons for my nieces and nephews and they were absolutely perfect. The engraving is to the moon and back. Purchased the personalized ice cream shovel for my sister-in-law who lives for ice cream. She gets scolded for leaving the household spoons in her room after her ice cream binges.
