Thomas thank you so much! I listen to these every night and my overall wellbeing is much healthier, happier and more focussed and aware. I am truly grateful that you have created these for us. Who doesn't love enhancing their quality of life while they are sleeping. The rain ones are my favourite.

I have been using self hypnosis and subliminals from Thomas Hall for years, very good.

I listened to this a while back. It definitely worked a small amount. Over time it probably will work amazing.

For myself, the pandemic brought to bear the amalgam of a life of negativity, and abuse that from childhood, caused me to ultimately just exist as opposed to actually live.

My entire world crashed into oblivion at the beginning of 2022, and whether it was a panic attack, or nervous breakdown I do not know. What I do know is that I took what little time off I could from work, and stayed shut in my house during that time. I never felt so lost, alone, and full of pain in my entire life. It was really deep-seeded pain and every single negative thing I’ve experienced over the course of my entire life was right there erupting.

Eventually, I had to go back to work which in and of itself was another contest of sheer will, determination, and fortitude. There were moments when I had to find a quiet space to wipe away tears and recompose, just from the innocent concern of a few coworkers asking me if I’m alright.

I found myself on YouTube searching for content to help me deal with my negative thoughts, feelings, and ensuing pain. It was there I found a video by Thomas Hall - of which was entitled something to the effect of: Heal your past and let go of your pain. I believe it had subliminal affirmations and was coupled with binaural beats.

In any case, I listened to it and kept listening to it. I explored other videos and began listening to a few when I found the time, but more importantly I left it playing on my phone beside my pillow while I slept. It was not too long after I began doing this, that I just simply started feeling better.

I don’t know anything about subliminal messages, binaural beats, and something else called isocratic tones. I just happened upon Thomas Hall’s content during my darkest hour, and it has brought me back into the light. His content was the precursor that opened the door to a whole new way of life, that’s been empowered by other aspects I’ve opened my heart and mind to that are working in Unison - a little play on his YouTube channel Minds in Unison - to transform my life and take me to a place I never knew existed… the positive present, where an optimistic future lays before you.

In gratitude, I bought his entire collection which came with a 5 year download agreement. I can freely download every piece of audio that presently exists, as well as any future content produced within that 5 year period. I absolutely love the Rain series of subliminal affirmations, and I listen to these most nights - when I remember to play it on my phone - as I go to bed. I say most nights because I am so much better that I am able to naturally fall asleep once more. I naturally feel so much better now that these recordings aren’t at the forefront of my routine, but they are and forever will be, a very integral part of my new way of life. I still listen to them during my breaks at work and during my lunch.

I just want to say thank you Thomas Hall, for being where and when I needed to find you and your content. You have helped me crawl out of a very deep and dark hole, and for that you have my gratitude. You are blessed and I wish you good health that you may continue to help others for as long as the sun, sets each day for you and yours.

I am very grateful to Minds in Unison because their subliminal audios and videos have helped me and accompany me daily everywhere I go and even while I sleep. I have personally seen an improvement in life since I have been using them.

I used the subliminal to quit smoking weed after 24 years and it worked! I listened to it for only two nights in a row, and during the day for 2 days. I had no withdrawal symptoms like I usually do when quitting-no being irritated, anxious, or depressed. I also have no brain fog. It’s been a month now and I feel really really great. I have zero cravings for it. I can’t thank you enough!

I am a student and have been using the stay focused while studying subliminal track and it definitely works! I'm able to focus while studying for long periods of time when beforehand I kept getting distracted. I've also been using the subliminal sleep tracks and I always end up getting a good nights sleep and wake up feeling great in the morning. It's worth it.

So far, Minds in Unison is the only site with MP3 downloads. I am a retired veteran with ptsd and anxiety and use the sounds for sleeping, and I have really slept much better. A friend originally suggested these subliminal sounds to help me meditate. There are 1.5 hrs and 9.5 hrs of binary sounds, outdoor bug sounds, rain, and orchestra music. I only had issues with this clicking sound that comes and goes with certain recordings, and cannot figure out if it's the MP3 player or somehow part of the recording. And the downloads are not free but the price wasn't bad for a lifetime of use. Without the downloads, you have to use a laptop next to your bed or your cellphone. I didn't care for those options and now I will probably purchase a cheap tablet that can play all night.

May 15 Correction: The clicking sound is coming from my MP3 player, as I figured. I still need to invest in a tablet.

Great value - the tracks are fantastic, and there are so many of them! There's also great support (helpful, prompt) if you need it.

The subliminal audios I purchased from Minds in Unison (fomerly "Thomas Hall") have all helped me immensely. I'm very susprised how effective this technology is. I've listened to some audios for things like confidence, attracting money and power, as well as being creative and overcoming any negative thoughts or experiences I have gone through. A couple of years ago, my wife and I had to sign the American National Anthem at Cesars Palace in Las Vegas to open the morning for a company's conference. There were over 6000+ people in the audience. The audios helped a lot by overcoming the stage fright, as I had played them during my sleep the night before. I highly recommend these.

This review is long overdo. I started listening to Thomas’s hypnotherapy on YouTube and it helped so much eventually purchased his unlimited hypnotherapy package. I’ve been listening for years and am now revisiting some old meditations to cope with the pandemic stress. Truly worth the investment and I highly recommend!

I ordered the whole package and am not disappointed. I have played many of the tracks and like them all. They can be played very softly in the background while listening to other music, watching a movie or reading or are pleasant enough to let play while doing housework or something else.
Thanks
