I´ve been listening to rain sound subliminals during night time for a couple of weeks now and i´ve also been using some other mindset methods like affirmations and meditation and my mental state is waaaayyy more relaxed and happy. this truly feels like a breath of fresh air.

I discovered Minds in Unison subliminal recordings on YouTube and was impressed by the variety of videos offered. I followed the link to the website and purchased a collection of downloads. All of the recordings are noticeably effective right from the start and Thomas seems to care deeply about helping people. When I noticed I could only really sleep to recordings with a brown noise background, I emailed him and he created a brand new mp3 containing the subliminal affirmations I was looking for along with brown noise! This was also added to his YouTube channel so that everyone could benefit from it. This is a wonderful company with a wildly effective product and the most amazing customer support imaginable.

Minds in Unison is amazing! From the stop stress and relax videos I have found major differences in my life. I feel calmer and more centered and I believe it is connected to me feeling physically healthier too and having more energy. I have been using the MP3s for myself on and off over the past few months, and occasionally my children (12 and 14) like to listen to the positive affirmation ones as they fall asleep at night. We have all benefited from them in a variety of ways, including: increased confidence and self-esteem, growing my nails (finally breaking a 40+ year habit!), eating healthy, being more social/making new connections, and more. I expect to have success in a new career path in 2024, and have begun planning to live abroad in 2025. These things I had only dreamt about for many years before starting to work on my psychological blocks using the MP3s. They have helped me to support myself better by thinking more clearly, being kinder to myself and feeling motivated to take the right action. I am greatly enjoying the tracks I purchased from Minds in Unison. Sometimes I will use them as a soundtrack for meditation, other times I might have the rain sound softly playing beneath other music while i do some computer work. I have found the tracks helpful.
