MindMeister is a very accesible app that allows you to create mental maps with an array of tools and options which are concisely explained in the tutorial. Great tool to graphically organize ideas in a fast and efficient manner.

I needed a sitemap for my online store, I found it OK.

Brainstorming the ideas and planning the content has become a lot easier than ever. I would love if there are at least 10 mindmaps on the free version :XD

I love how easily you can use this and it's perfect for planning. I love how it's connected to the meistertask as well.

Organizing thoughts and Ideas is Very easy through Mindmeister.Earlier i used to used a local application but after changing devices you lose the data over a period of time. Putting the mind map app online is what i was looking for since ages... the application is perfect for organizing thoughts and plans for me.

Easy to use, great intro to how to use

I fell into the same trap of a 0 notice auto renew. I've now cancelled my subscription and will place the transaction in dispute with my card company if they decide not to refund.

I find the behaviour of not informing the customer of an auto renewal dishonest. It may be in the terms and conditions but this isn't the type of organisation I will choose to give my business too.

Woeful - Customer service, auto-renew without refund. Don't care about their customers. Extremely disappointing.

Slow and difunctional, paid for the extra feature/s, to download mindmaps on word, it has never worked, no matter how many times I have tried ! Customer service say its a bug; I gave up trying after emailing them 3 times several months apart, with no fix.

£59.99 subscription taken out of my account. I hadn’t used the account in over 6 months. The reason they didn’t refund was because on the day I opened the email stating payment had been taken I logged onto the app for a “few seconds’ to see what it was.

Those few seconds classed me as being an app user in their eyes. Refund denied.

I then cancelled the account directly with their customer support team.

Fast forward to today and another £59.99 has come out of my account even though the subscription was cancelled.

Fraudulent company.

This is a good tool for mind mapping. I love it and i use it often. only back draw is its expensive, you have to pay 6 months upfront.

Not possible to unsubscribe from their emails.

Taken 3 months charge from my paypal after I stopped using it for 4 months before I realised.

I contacted them immediately and been told they can not refund the money despite the fact that I have not been using it for 4 months.

Basically what you paid for is a web application you write some text with arrows...

Looks very good and nice for beginner mind map services. I have been a paying customer for some time but when i decided to move to a free plan again, be careful, you WILL lose all the content that you created! I think that that shuold not happen!

Its expensive compared to other plans and only allows you to pay for 6 months rather monthly which is a basic trap for people who want bit more flexibility and not sure how long they will be using it.
