Needed a pair of certain walking boots (seen online) but none in stock, Lauren went out of her way to find them locally and arrange for them to made available within a few days wait. She went over and above and if you have staff rewards then she needs to be recognised. Excellent customer service received.

Looking for walking boots. Looked after by Jack. Polite and very helpful and patient whilst the boxes of different boots mounted. Indeed everyone in the store were polite and gave help when needed.

Knowledge and great value
Every time we go to Millets we not only come away with a great product, I also come away with some knowledge. Recently Jack and George have really impressed me with their recommendations and knowledge making it a little easier to prepare for a cub camp! The scouting discount isn’t advertised enough.

SEAN assisted me with buying Peter Storm sandals. He was patient with as I tried on two different sizes for two different sandal models. Didn't feel pushed and he remained available to get me other sizes without any delay. Good prices, so I bought both models and got a bonus discount from Blue Light as well. Good friendly service.
