The hair came in great packaging the shade matches so well and the hair is incredibly soft!

At first I thought these hair extensions were great because I loved the color and they felt soft and silky. But after they were installed, they were noticeably thinner than other brands I have used in the 10 years I’ve used tape ins. But I still would have purchased them again (and just added a few more) until it came time to remove them. It took my stylist forever to get them out, due to the glue they use being incredibly tacky and nearly impossible to get out of my hair. Again, I’ve used many brands and have never experienced this problem. When I contacted the company to inquire if there was a special remover for their brand, they replied to my email two days later with a link to their “special” remover, but it was a dead link with no results found. I still am not able to find whatever type of remover is needed for these extensions. I am very disappointed in this brand and won’t be using again.

Perfection! The hair is Amazon the quality is brilliant the match is exceptional and they done so well in assisting me asap when I ordered the wrong colour by mistake it was no problem this is defo going to be my go to for extensions now as it’s so hard to find decent ones this place AMAZING!

I was chasing as my hair was not shipped and needed the I spent over £300 for them to tell me not in stock why give option to buy it and to have express delivery money scammers
I been trying to get new hair or refund they are ignoring me

Milk and blush is by far my favourite- and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Hair stays soft,Shiny and thick, doesn’t shed or snap when you brush or wash..

I emailed on Friday for a colour match, the response was so quick and so helpful! I ordered the next day and they arrived 2 days later, beautifully packaged and the absolute perfect match for my hair. As someone who never wears extensions I am honestly blown away with the quality and how amazing my hair will look for my wedding after they were put in for my trial today. Thank you!

I normally buy tapes, to create a multi tonal colour. And the hair quality is absolutely amazing. But after recently taking them out for a break I got the clip ins. And they are amazing! Madison helped me colour match my hair after buying the wrong colour. Very efficient , willing to help and dispatched even quicker 😍 absolutely love them! And the colour match is next level.

I fitted 10 pieces of the invisitape extensions a long with 3 packs of goo goo hair extensions and I did this just over a week ago and now I only have 2 pieces of the milk and blush in my hair as the rest slipped and felt uncomfortable/ and most fell out! Do not buy!!!!

Great quality hair extensions!
Sent pictures for colour match which was responded to quickly. When there was issues with the colour of my extensions, I was able to exchange. All questions asked were answered promptly. All communication was extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend!☺️

Amazing quality and look great, they are a little ligher from the pictures, I had rich auburn but I can work with that... but overall they look and feel amazing I will be buying again 😊

Products so far are great. No issues there, the quality is good, does what it's supposed to. I got the rollers and sectioning pads.
Had a couple of issues:
First i pre ordered something that went out of stock. Wasn't clear when that would arrive or come back into stock. Comms could be clearer here. While I was waiting for the order to ship I noticed the item had come back into stock on the site. I gave it a few days still no notice of shipment. Then I saw it was out of stock again. I contacted customer service(Ellen was super great and nice) they said that it didn't come back into stock and I could expect it to get back into stock in a month. I cancelled the order. Then I saw it was back in stock on the site again and decided to order it and it came within a week. Way earlier than the month they originally said. So if you want something that's out of stock you are better off waiting for it to come back then pre ordering. Not sure why that's the case but that's what worked for me.
Secondly, the sectioning pads came in a different colour there were no colour options on the site so that was weird. Contacted them and they sent new ones, again customer service was great.
Then the rollers came also different colour but I didn't mind the colour so I just left it.

The products are great and customer service is great they just seem to have a few logistical issues that they need to iron out. Customer service makes up for it and delivery times (when in stock) are great so I would buy again if I needed anything else they sell.
