They send me a leather jacket in damaged condition. I have yet to speak with a live person to discuss my request to make an exchange. I feel very disappointed that I purchased anything from this place, and will never do this again.

I ordered a bracelet for a Christmas gift. When I received it, it was damaged & discolored. I tried contacting them more then several times via email & phone. It’s been over a week & I have not heard back from them. They do not make it easy to return/refund/exchange anything. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. And I’m an army mom. So disappointing.

I want to change my review a little bit, I finally received my order from Military Republic, but it took awhile to receive it, just to be honest, I ordered some merchandise from China at the same time I ordered from Military Republic, I ended up getting the order from China before I received the order from Military Republic, now I understand that they're busy, but I question that it took that long to print and ship my order, China merchandise always takes forever to receive, but when it is delivered sooner than a order from the state's, then something, in my opinion, is wrong. Don't get me wrong, they're merchandise is quality stuff, everything about my order was great, the t-shirts I ordered, the printing was excellent, the fitting was perfect, and the t-shirts themselves were outstanding, it's just getting the order processed, and shipped is the problem, I think that military republic is a quality company, I've ordered from them before, and didn't have any problems, I really don't know what to say after that, so I would recommend them, but it's also a question about processing and shipping, that's about all I can say for now, I intend to order more merchandise from them, so it's all a matter of how the next order goes.
