Extremely disappointed with the delivery and customer service!
Hello,
I made a purchase on the Miliboo website and was very excited about it. However, my experience has been tainted by the delivery service and then the customer service.
Everything seemed to be going fine, I was receiving emails and tracking and things seemed on time.
10 days ago I received an email saying my purchase was on the way and got a call from Heppner, the carrier, they scheduled a delivery for the 23rd of January, they never called or showed up and have made no contact since then. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them and the tracking number just says my furnitures is out for delivery.
I reaches out to the Miliboo customer service and the help was extremely limited, the answer was the carrier will contact you, no dates, no status, no guarantees. There is no way of reaching anyone and I have no idea where my purchase is.
Something I was super excited about is now making me very upset.

I ordered 2 set of 2 chairs
I ordered 2 set of 2 chairs, it was delivered in 2 parcels of 28kg each. But the delivery man refused to bring it to the 1st floor and asked my pregnant wife to carry by herself. What kind of humanity is it!!!!
I spent 600+ EURO on the 4 chair but you cannot make an effort to bring to 1 floor???
