I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with MILC Interior, and I must say that it was far from satisfactory. Throughout the entire process, I encountered constant delays, an abundance of unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of attention to detail. It's disheartening to have such high expectations shattered by such a disappointing service.

One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was the way the painters handled their work. Not only they demonstrated a lack of care and respect for the property. I was shocked to discover that they had left paint splatters on the floor, which I am unable to remove despite my best efforts. Additionally, they managed to scratch the floor and even damage the balcony door, leaving me speechless. The disregard for my living space and the resulting damage are simply unacceptable.

Another incident that exemplified MILC Interior's unprofessional behavior occurred when I had to replace a flawed item. Rather than taking responsibility for the error, they attempted to undercut me by offering to pay only 50% of the initial cost of the item. This blatant attempt to shortchange their customers is deeply concerning and showcases their lack of integrity.

Overall, my experience with MILC Interior has left me thoroughly disappointed. The constant delays, unprofessionalism, and the careless approach of their painters have tarnished the entire project. The damage done to my property, both physically and financially, is inexcusable. I would strongly advise against engaging MILC Interior for any interior work, as the level of service and professionalism falls far below what one would expect.

I had a very bad experience with this company. When I first approached them for their service in designing my home, they provided me with a brief design concept which basically contained photos of pieces of furnitures and color scheme they had proposed to us. I then set out what items of works I would like them to do for my home and told them my budget was 50K. I was requested to pay an initial fee of 2k as their designer fee so that they could start working on the design. Before payment, I had their assurance that they could meet my budget with the requirements I had set out. They gave me the first version of the design concept after my payment and to my surprise it was little different from the brief design concept which was given to me free of charge. Worst still, most of the requirements I had set out were not covered. After discussion, they came up with a second version with my requirements incorporated but the fees went up to almost 100k. I was really dissatisfied with the rise in fee and discussed the option of reducing the fee with them. Although the third version they subsequently provided to me was around the budget I had set, the quality of works was compromised and some of the requirements I had set out in the first place were not met. Overall, I am not satisfied with the way I was lured into paying the designer fee of 2k and will not recommend anyone to hire them for designer service, unless you have a very deep pocket.

We had a wonderful experience working with Holly and Drew at Milc, and they furnished our place with a very pleasing and beautiful outcome. They were creative and very easy to work with, with minimal stress despite the challenges of the current ongoing pandemic.

Milc has done a great job for my father's apartment at a reasonable price with professional service. Highly recommend it!
