Went through a detailed digital journey a few months ago where I provided exact date of purchasing vehicle, vehicle details and was advised I have strong case against BMW.

Then months later on I got started receiving constant spam emails asking for important confidential documents e.g. V5 or insurance or passport or driving license. I ignored most of those spam emails.

This week received a phone call to request personal confidential documents. As soon as I sent them, next day received email saying that they dropped case. Not explaining reasons and my confidential documents now are stored with this organisation for next 6 years, for what reason no one knows.

Complete waste of time, not recommended to share any confidential personal documents e.g. driving license, V5 or passport.

Up to date I am pleased with the communication I have had and the staff at Milberg I have communicated with.

Very good communication and have set out the brief for my claim in a professional manner. The claim is ongoing and I will be kept up to date with the progress regularly.

All, I actually want to ask a question rather than write a review, but I have been sent numerous emails by Milberg telling me I am entitled to compensation over the VW emissions scandal - they have even detailed an amount, my problem is I am very sceptical about giving out my personal information and in my experience if something seems to good to be true, it usually is… can anyone shed any light on this - as if it is legit I can’t afford to pass on this money.

Milberg, having led us a merry dance for over 18 months have dropped the Mercedes case - and dropped us like a stone.
They hooked us in with emails such as “ Good news! ……….your claim has good prospects of success, which we believe should result in compensation.”

Very professional service, keeping clients informed and always prompt replies to emails

This is a first for me, to claim compensation from purchasing a New vehicles back in 2014.

The information and advice was for me to obtain these documents and proof of ownership which I have now provided as requested. Now waiting on further updates from your team.

The feed back, and the contact when i had doubts, put my mind at ease.

Fraudsters at Milberg kept me in false hope and wasted my two years promising compensation for My Diesel Claim.

Last week I was told my claim is in the court it’s in final stages for payout until today they have emailed me to say my claim has been cancelled without giving me a genuine reason.

Avoid this firm at all cost!!! They will scam you out!!!! 1 star is far too good for these morons
