To who it may concern Mike had issues in Alb NM im going to streifhr say something about alll who were ledt hanging. Mike is dying he been sick a while yes he is good with computers imo he is honest that imo .he might have maybe a year I fill the Lord will heal him and strainten out all issues imo i foubd hom one day and offerd him to stay with me but offer is still opeen imo he is an ausem carrecter and were all actors in this big craz stage called earth and life..again imo if you can help helo if your wating for what ever it your thing no judging toward you i just wanted to imo abaaught Mike...

Horrible. recived it, looks fine runs smooth for a month then it broke got a replacment part from mike then it ran for another month than broke. After some digging i found that all the parts have been used and the new stuff they give me is also used don't buy from here

Purchased a desktop computer on 17 Feb 2024 for $1400. Was originally told it was going to ship 10 days after ordering. Since then, multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, and no computer has been shipped, or received.

Worst seller ever, I do not recommend buying from this seller. I asked him to customize a pc for me, but he sent it to me with specifications other than the ones I requested. even though it was his mistake, he made me pay the posting fee to return it to him, so I lost my time, effort and money.😡

Worst Computer supplier ever. I tried ordering a computer on line but it never arrived despite the email responses saying the order was received and would be shipped in 6 to 60 days. They have no on line support and never respond to any emails.

Avoid this place at all cost.

On sept 4th 2021 i made a purchase for and item that displayed they had 2. so i bought 1 of them and it took days for them to accept my creditcard , i was then told that they were looking for it at the warehouse and in a few days i would receive a tracking number for the item. So few days go by and no update of any kind so i opened a support ticket and this is what the reply was:

so i replyed with this:

i payed money for an item out of stock that clearly said you had 2 in stock according to your website order page and waited several days to get my card verified and now you tell me you do not have stock of this item ??? This sounds like a scam as far as I’m concerned I will contact visa and my lawyer. As of this email I request my payment returned due product and or not item available.

it been 30 days since i made purchase i request a refund on Sept 16th/21 and now its oct 5th/21 and still now refund

Ordered a 3080ti that was being sold as available, my order status changed to "pre-order pending" after a few days, which was weird since I didn't pre-order anything. A few days later without movement I reached out, apparently they made a mistake and that GPU shouldn't have been sold as available they didn't have any.

They processed my payment without telling me about this mistake and confirming I was willing to wait for the pre-order, I learned it after contacting them.

Now on the 22e of July my refund as been stuck in pending ever since, I was told 3-5 business days it's now been 8, still no refund.

Not very happy with how they handled the whole thing, still stuck waiting on my refund...

I order an item the had on stock to later find out it was on back order. I was 24th in line for this item and wouldn't receive it for months. So I asked for a refund. After about a week of nothing I contact them again for them to tell me the can't refund me. So now I'm out $1300+ and don't have my product.

Terrible customer service. Please avoid

Tried to order SSD online from Mike's. Their online system glitched out and cancelled the order. Their staff was extremely unhelpful in sorting it out,to the point that I was forced give up after hours on the phone with them, and go elsewhere to get the product. No apology was ever given for their mistake. Terrible service, etc.

Placed an order with Mike's Computer Shop through Newegg.ca. My order was confirmed and payment was authorized. Three days later I recieved an email indicating Mike's Computer Shop has cancelled the order. The explaination from a Newegg representative was that they couldn't fullfill the order. I believe Mike's Computer Shop made a pricing error and would not honor it and instead just cancelled me order. Mike's Computer Shop should own up to their mistake and admit to it!

Bought a compute yesterday from there!! First I want to Thank the fellow who helped me you where awesome!! I am super happy with my new computer!! Thank you

Went in with a laptop problem and left 30 minutes later with it all sorted. Really helpful!

Malware on computer. Problem resolved by staff who were very pleasant, quickly and efficiently.

They cancelled my order and refused to let me know the specifics, and then wouldn't let me get back those items at the promotional price. Great service!!!

I then asked to cancel the order 3times. They still shipped it 2 days later.
Even though at the time the order said "this is not an invoice, order must be approved" well I told you I didn't approve of it anymore so why didn't you cancel the order
You pay for shipping ; you pay for package insurance; you pay for signature. I didn't want to spend the extra on insurance then I changed my mind and didn't want to risk it.

Worst experience ever. Paid for a motherboard that shown up DOA. They accuse us and won't issue refund. Do not buy there, very weak customer experience and return policy is an absolute fraud.

Purchased an Intel Nuc from them a couple of days ago. Had a great experience and no complaints at all. They were able to price match the item, processed and shipped the order quickly and I received it next day. Overall I am very happy with the service. Thank you

I tried to purchase a strix z390-e motherboard on bestbuy marketplace sold and shipped by mike’s computer shop. Well mike’s cancelled my order and took the money. I am currently in persuit of evidence for fraud charges.
