Thanks to Miinto and Martyna for help with refund
I bought some designer t-shirts at Miinto and when I wanted to return the items the 2 Italian shops made a lot of problems. Luckily for me Martyna from Miinto was able to help me to get the refund and I'm grateful for her help.
So if you should have issues I can recommend to get help from the Miinto people.

Jakub and Maja are champs
I recieved an damaged item, and couldnt buy an undamaged one for the same price, so i had to go through some TOUGH customer service at first and it took several weeks to get anywhere. The only reason that i will now be rating Miinto with 4 stars, is because of 2 excellent customer service employees. Maja and Jakub were very helpfull in getting me the original price on the jacket i bought, and saved the experience :)

Helpful and kind customer service
I had a problem with a DHL package (the import duties had to be paid, but not by me) and Agnieszka S. from Miinto customer service helped me out. So a very good experience with personal and helpful customer service. You'd think a big online portal as Miinto wouldn't care much for the individual customer, but my experience made me feel like they were ready to sort out problems right away which was very nice. Thank you Agnieszka!

Chat function is very effective
We had a problem with a voucher code. Ended in the chat and within short time problem was solved. Easy questions and easy communication. However we had to write in english despite our order and order confirmation was in local language (Danish)

I have never been treated so bad in my entire life, I brought a bag for my daughter back in June…… I got sent the wrong bag, emailed lots of times and rang, both to the danish speaking and English speaking helpers……
I have also contract the shop that sent the bag,
But still I have the wrong bag in my house,
we are talking about a Marlene birger bag, so it’s 2000kr we are talking about.
Minto have been coming back to still waiting for the answer…. Think this is crazy I do not know what more I can do 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Super unhelpful
My package was lost/was not delivered and it took you three weeks to tell me that according to the UPS tracking link it was delivered (which is not true as I had the same link and was in contact with UPS) Not at all helpful, no compensation, I have no idea what to do now. You just closed the case without further inquiry.
The whole order was really bad from the beginning. I ordered a GLS delivery to a GLS shop but it switched to UPS which obviously doesn’t serve GLS shops. No attempt/ask to change the delivery address. Worst shop, worst communication, worst service. Never again!

Unprofessional and ridiculous company
This company might be the most ridiculous business I’ve engaged in. I will definitely search every where else before buying anything from miinto again.
I’ve been waiting for a new pair of Prada sunglasses - since the first pair (a known default known to that specific model). Mid June I was promised that they’d arrive within 25-30 business day. End of august - still no word. In the meantime I’ve reached out by email and phone calls to get a status. The employees at miinto are always polite and helpful in the conversation but no help is ever fully provided. End august I’ve requested a refund and was told that I would get one… We are now in mid September - and miinto has stopped replying to emails. Miinto is just ridiculous… hope you never have to send your purchase back.
I have responded back September 7th with my bank info - but heard nothing since! I have proof by mail. So @miinto - your response to this is false. Please correct it and take responsibility.

I had made an order for 2 products
I had made an order for 2 products. One came within the promised 1-5 days but the other one has not arrived yet. When contacting servicedesk they say it has been delivered (which is not the case) and that they cannot deliver my money back or do anything really until they have heard back from the company. So I am stuck without a present for this weekend, without my money to buy a new one, and just very annoyed with the por and Very low servicelevel that Miinto apparently provides…
