Never again
I bought 3 Midoya bras (2 Flexiie (S & M) and 1 Braziie, 2 (S) for 77€. Of course I measured before ordering, but the two S-sized bras were too small. Also I had the impression that these bras were not as high quality as they claim on their website.
First I thought I would keep the Braziie, so I cut the pink label tag. But then I changed my mind and returned the two too small bras and wanted my money back. The return label informed me that they would charge 6€ for post services. Not great, but okay, I‘ll take it.
2 weeks later I finally get an email with the refund information: about 9€. They only refunded the 17€ bra, not the 34€ bra, because I cut the tag.
So maybe I am very inexperienced with returning clothes without their brand tag. I did not know it wasn‘t eligible for returns without it. Customer support wrote to me, that they cannot return money for items without brand tag, because it happens that people wear their items for a long time and then return it for a new one. But in my case, I returned the items a day after my (tracked) parcel arrived.
(Also they say they have a 100 day replacement warranty, so … either something fishy is going on or this warranty only works under certain conditions)
They also said there was some info somewhere along the line, that items without the tag cannot be returned, but I didn‘t see it, otherwise I have asked in advance to make sure.
The whole process also took quite long: between ordering date and refund email a whole month went by.
So here I am now, frustrated, that I paid over 60€ and remain with one mediocre bra that is not as comfortable as they claim, it does not seem hight quality to me and it doesn‘t shape my chest in a nice way.
