Worst experience

I got three bras in may from this site that took 3 weeks to receive . None of them fit and had the worst quality that I ever seen for what they claimed on their website and the price . I decided to return all of them .
There were no indications anywhere that the return is not free and I had to pay 8 € for return .
After more than two weeks I send a massage to them . They responded that one of the items not eligible for return . one of the black bras had some fade deodorant markings and I didn’t think become an issue later .
It’s near 5 months and I am still waiting for my money for two of them And they don’t answer the massages anymore .
This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had with any website

Hintergrund: Bestellungen und Retouren, die vor Beginn der vorläufigen Insolvenzverwaltung (11.08.) aufgegeben wurden, können wir leider nicht mehr regulär abwickeln, da diese Fälle in das rechtliche Verfahren fallen und nicht von uns direkt bearbeitet werden dürfen. 💔

Seit dem 12.08. gilt: Alle Bestellungen werden zuverlässig verschickt und betreut. Darauf kannst Du Dich verlassen.

Uns ist bewusst, dass diese Situation für betroffene Kundinnen sehr unfair wirkt – und das bricht uns selbst das Herz, weil wir seit Tag 1 für Vertrauen und faire Lösungen stehen wollten. Wir geben gerade alles dafür, Midoya zu sanieren und wieder in eine stabile Zukunft zu führen – auch, um Vertrauen wie Deines zurückzugewinnen. ❤️

Disappointed - not as described

About the material: The fabric was uncomfortable and the bra is not made for people with a large bust (G/H cup). No support and no relief for shoulders and back. The pads are also far too small for the breasts.
I've been waiting for my refund for over a month now. I can only reach a slightly incompetent AI assistant on the phone. By email, I reach someone who just puts me off. After almost a month, I still haven't received my money back.

Waiting for my money since februar

I ordered two different sizes and none of them fitted. I sent both orders back. On Feb. 17th my return was verifyed. Since then I wrote 3 Mails and also intervened via PayPal.
I got 2 mails from Midoya where "Anna" assured me to return my money within 2 weeks. I'm still waiting for the money.

Seller doesn't return money

It was my first time purchasing and it will surely be my last time. The items dd not correspond with the measurements on their website and I returned my order immediately. I returned it weeks ago and still haven't received my money back. I am only getting automated emails obviously generated by some bot. Do not recommend!

Update: after multiple emails and threats to report the company to Paypal, Midoya now claims there was a "spot" on one of my returned garments and hence they cannot refund the full amount. I did some research and discovered that they try this kind of scam on many customers. It seems like this is their general modus operandi to steal customers money.

Size and return costs

Overall nice looking bras but the size guide and the "no mono boob" advertised are not really true. I ordered the bigger size as suggested on the website but the bra was a little on the small side still. And on the website you really have to search for the return policy and nowhere is obviously stated that you have to pay almost twice the amount of postage for the return than you pay for the original shipping. Shame, I was really hoping for THE bra solution for bigger breasts that is offered on all the social media.

Never again

I bought 3 Midoya bras (2 Flexiie (S & M) and 1 Braziie, 2 (S) for 77€. Of course I measured before ordering, but the two S-sized bras were too small. Also I had the impression that these bras were not as high quality as they claim on their website.

First I thought I would keep the Braziie, so I cut the pink label tag. But then I changed my mind and returned the two too small bras and wanted my money back. The return label informed me that they would charge 6€ for post services. Not great, but okay, I‘ll take it.
2 weeks later I finally get an email with the refund information: about 9€. They only refunded the 17€ bra, not the 34€ bra, because I cut the tag.

So maybe I am very inexperienced with returning clothes without their brand tag. I did not know it wasn‘t eligible for returns without it. Customer support wrote to me, that they cannot return money for items without brand tag, because it happens that people wear their items for a long time and then return it for a new one. But in my case, I returned the items a day after my (tracked) parcel arrived.
(Also they say they have a 100 day replacement warranty, so … either something fishy is going on or this warranty only works under certain conditions)

They also said there was some info somewhere along the line, that items without the tag cannot be returned, but I didn‘t see it, otherwise I have asked in advance to make sure.

The whole process also took quite long: between ordering date and refund email a whole month went by.

So here I am now, frustrated, that I paid over 60€ and remain with one mediocre bra that is not as comfortable as they claim, it does not seem hight quality to me and it doesn‘t shape my chest in a nice way.

Regarding the pendants, we would like to point out that products must be returned in perfect condition, otherwise they can no longer be refunded. In the clothing sector, it is not a novelty that labels on products must not be cut off.

False advertising.

False advertising.
This company lures you into trying their cheap China products risk-free. When you return, they charge you a fee for return and their processing. Do not order. The product is madly cheaply, has a bad fit and the material is awful. Also I wonder why there is no text to the 1,2,3 and 4 star reviews and only to the 5 star reviews?

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du eine nicht so gute Erfahrung gemacht hast!

Leider sind auch wir u. a. von der Inflation nicht verschont geblieben.
Die Kosten der Rohstoffe und für die Transporte sind erheblich angestiegen.
Wir sind daher mittlerweile bedauerlicherweise gezwungen, Kosten für den Rückversand zu erheben, um den kostenlosen Versand für Bestellungen ab € 50 weiterhin gewährleisten zu können.

Dafür versenden wir allerdings die versicherten Pakete und Retourensendungen mit DHL „Go Green“ (Informationen hierzu findest du unter folgendem Link: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/kampagnenseiten/gogreen.html) und arbeiten der Umwelt zuliebe generell stetig weiter an dem Thema „Nachhaltigkeit“.

Es stimmt uns natürlich dennoch traurig, dass dich die „Retourenkosten“ so verärgern, obwohl wir z. B. auch in der Widerrufsbelehrung, den FAQs und den AGBs darauf hinweisen, dass die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung vorerst von uns getragen werden und wir hier eine Pauschale erheben.

Wenn du das von uns zur Verfügung gestellte Retourenlabel verwendest, berechnen wir allerdings lediglich eine Pauschale in Höhe von € 6. Dieser Betrag unterschreitet den effektiven Preis für jeden Paket-Versand und deckt somit die Rücksendekosten und Bearbeitungsgebühren nicht annähernd. Wir tragen also weiterhin den größten Teil dieser Kosten.

Dein Feedback hierzu habe ich dennoch soeben weitergegeben, wir nehmen uns jegliche Kritik zu Herzen!
Wir bedauern diese Anpassung ebenso, hoffen aber, dass du das verstehen kannst.

Braziie - forget that you wear a bra

When I ordered my first 3 bras I didn‘t expect too much. But since I have them I don‘t wear anything else anymore. Therefore I ordered an additional 3 of the Braziie model. I am really happy with it! What I love is that I can also wear it when doing Yoga. No need for a sports bra.
