They just stole my phone from me.

They just stole my phone from me.
I sent it to them to fix my IC Audio Chip. After more than one week (they claim that they do the fixing and sending in 2 or 3 days) I contacted them to ask about my phone.
The phone was sent to a wrong address, therefore returned to him. On the Royal Mail website it says that the package was successfully returned to him.
After that communication almost dissapear, and they asked me to open a claim by myself to Royal Mail, something that, obviously, I cannot do because I dont have the original receipt from the sending.
Anyway, I just gave my phone to these people plus £50 to enjoy some drinks on me.

Micro Soldering UK offer an exceptional service start to finish and are extremely knowledgeable in this industry. Fixed multiple issues on an iPhone deemed a lost cause elsewhere. Quick turnaround with an efficient and transparent approach and very good value. I cannot recommend highly enough!!
