It has been such a pleasure using several Michael Todd Beauty products!! Wonderful product! Products are delivered in such a timely manner, the special promotions and sales offer great deals, and the customer service department is extremely professional and customer-oriented.

Honestly I was blown away by their customer service. Support emails were replied to promptly - and by humans! That in itself was so refreshing. And they helped me with my replacement accessory without any hassles. Not only that, I think the product itself is excellent. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered the sonic smooth pro plus. Unfortunately, the product was not charging but the customer service has been great. They provided me two different options for replacing for a new item. I’m still awaiting my new item and I’m sure it’s gonna be top-notch this time.

I’m very happy with the customer service from Michael Todd Beauty and the Sonicsmooth Pro! My charger stopped working, so I emailed the company and received a response right away. They immediately resolved the issue by sending me a whole new product replacement.

I just received it, put it on the charger, and everything works perfectly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

Dermaplane device has metal pieces that come loose and will cut your face. Will be returning.

I was planning on getting Sonic Smoothie Pro plus….. but when I saw the awesome sale I could not help myself and ended up with soniclear and sonic sculpt! Also I purchased the facial oil and it came with 20 razor refills and and extra brush head to work the serum in- as well as awesome obsidian globes that can go in the freezer . All of that was less than 300 dollars. Impressive!!!!!

I reached out regarding the charging component that was inoperable and from day 1, the customer service I received was excellent. All responses were prompt and I received real responses to my emails. Thank you so much and I look forward to supporting this great company.

I loved the results my Sonicsmooth provided. Unfortunately after several months it stopped accepting a charge. I emailed customer support. They responded promptly. And, replaced the unit without a moment's hesitation!

I am on my second Michael Todd dermaplaning device. I am consistent with using it and repurchase a new set of blades each time I run out. I enjoy the tool and appreciate its skin smoothing benefits. Yesterday, my device stopped working and won’t accept a charge. I reached out to customer service and the agent I spoke with over the phone was kind and helpful. The Sonicsmooth Pro+ was a wonderful product that took care of all that peach fuzz. Just as good has been the customer service! I lost my charging station and contacted them about getting a new one. They responded the next day with a link that took me right to the item. I bought it, all was well, until I went to use the new charger. Somehow I ordered the wrong charging station. I contacted them again and they are mailing me a new one! Quick responses and a favorable outcome make me a happy user of Michael Todd Beauty!

Warning about the Michael Todd Sonic Smooth Pro Plus.

I wouldn’t even give this one star but it was the only option. I bought this because of the “money-back guarantee,” but when I actually tried to use the guarantee, my requests were ignored. I’ve now had to open a PayPal claim to try and get my money back.

Also, read the fine print VERY carefully. I was unexpectedly signed up for extra payments, including another device worth nearly $300 and additional Sonic Smooth refill shipments. In my opinion, the way this is set up is extremely misleading.

As for the actual product itself, I thought it was terrible. The “exfoliation” feature is basically just a rough sandpaper-like attachment — it’s not some moving electrical exfoliation device like the advertising suggests. The razors also don’t shave close to the skin at all. Honestly, cheap disposable razors give a smoother finish and irritated my skin far less.

For me, this felt like an overpriced glorified razor being marketed as something much more advanced than it actually is.

Just wanted to warn other people to be careful before buying, especially regarding the subscription/payment fine print and the difficulty getting a refund.

I made contact with you because the tip of my sonic smooth plus cracked off after using only a few times. Even though the warranty period was over, the staff reached out to me and I received a replacement today. What a rarity for customer service today actually servicing the company. I will recommend your products to anyone. I awed and happy. Nothing good has happened as of late and this surely changed my outlook. Thank you again so much.

The SonicSmooth Pro+ is a great maintenance tool for managing smooth skin.  Using the dermaplaning tool routinely brightens my overall skin tone, smooths out the fine lines and clears unwanted peach fuzz.    I recommend this tool for anyone wanting a tool to help with at-home facial maintenance regimens.

My first soniclear lasted over 7 years, I purchased a new one and unfortunately 4 months later it stopped working. I emailed the company and within a quick response time they assured me they would replace it. I really appreciate the quality of the products and the service they provide.
