26" RAIATEA tandem e-bike
I bought a tandem ebike from them. 26" RAIATEA. The bike was received in unfixable condition. I contacted them and they said they would email a prepaid return label for me. It took over a week for them to email it to me. I shipped the bike back to them. Then they shipped a replacement bike. So it took 3 weeks for us to get the bike that we ended up keeping. When the second bike arrived it was broken pieces. I took it to a bike shop they fixed it and I was reimbursed for the repair. Also the computer display was broken and they mailed me a second one for free. At the end of the shipping ordeal after one month we finally had a bike that worked good. This bike is fantastic. We rode the bike for 20 miles and it still showed more than half the battery life. Shifting is great. We love the throttle and pedal assist.
