Was worried it wouldn’t get here in time and it came with time to spare!

My sisters husband bought her the most beautiful ring from here for Mother’s Day. Great pieces.

When looking into an engagement ring I sent the MiaDonna team an email asking for advice. Justine answered and she helped me select the right ring. A process that took over a month, but she was always there when I had a question. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Don't know if I could have done this without her guidance and expertise!

MiaDonna is one of those few companies in this modern world whom can completely turn around a person's hope and faith in the direction the business world is moving in. My fiancée and I came across MiaDonna's intuitive and easy-to-use website (bravo to the designer - well done!) looking for that perfect ring to symbolize our union. As an educator, she had unique needs and preferences for her ring, such as the stone needed to not stick out or up too high so as not to snag or scratch on things. She also has a passion for vintage designs. I was just grateful she was willing to look with me to show me some ideas of what would genuinely make her happy. We came across not one but two perfect ring designs within minutes on MiaDonna's site after having spent hours searching the web for ideas. The website made it very simple for me to go back in later, order the perfect ring (the "Kalina"), find the perfect *conflict-free* diamond to accompany it (a HUGE bonus given my awareness of the abuses people are subjected to mining minerals for the semiconductor industry) and to complete the purchase.

The finished ring - I must say - is exquisite... literally and utterly awe-inspiring. I've never seen such a beautiful ring, and I know that when I present it to its wearer here in a couple weeks, it is going to be everything she wanted and so much more.

And as for service, throughout the process whenever I had questions or needed help, I had direct email assistance from Justine, Shelby and Hanna, each working in various departments within the company. It was very clear to me that they all genuinely cared and wanted to ensure the experience was everything a client could ask for when ordering such a high-value item. It absolutely was. I could not possibly recommend MiaDonna any higher – they are the gold standard.

My husband bought me a gorgeous ring from MiaDonna for our engagement. The quality is superb and would love to make it as our family heirloom. However, the center-stone started to loosened up over time. I reached out to someone, and Hannah, was very helpful and quick to respond. From start to finish, she assisted and kept me updated. Thank you Hannah and MiaDonna.

I had a fast-approaching deadline for my ring and the Miadonna team was very helpful and responsive. The ring arrived just in time! The team was also very fast to resize the ring. I expected it to take a week but they did it in about an hour.

Overall the service is great.
Not only this time but in previous ones.
This time I just experienced a 3 different people service due to several reasons such us one person quitting, other was not working some days so I end up talking and expressing my needs and urgency from overseas with 3 different people. Still, all of them were very nice and helped me.
In addition, they promise to send me an additional box (one ring per box) but it didn't happen. Both rings were sent after getting fixed and cleaned inside the same box. At least this one was new as I requested.

Fantastic service, great quality!

I bought an engagement ring. It came within the expected window and looked just as beautiful as I had hoped. It was just a little too loose so I arranged for resizing. Communication was great throughout the process of ordering, shipping, resizing, and shipping again. Would absolutely order again, and am considering doing so for a matching wedding band.

Update 5/30:
The product arrived and was very high quality imo. It was weighty (as platinum is) and the gem was beautiful. With the product in hand I can say I am satisfied! Also, I was finally contacted by Miadona and informed that after an investigation, it was found that my email asking about the 5% discount (offered to me FOR my first order, AFTER my first order) was received by an employee who closed it out and is no longer with the company. It was apologetic and had the elements of communication I was looking for initially). I was issued a 5% refund and I can say that I would do business with them again. Mistakes happen. My biggest frustration was the feeling of being "ignored" as a customer who had just spent a chunk of money. Thank you to MiaDonna for looking into and resolving this for me :)

I'd be happy to revisit this review as I have not gotten the product yet but when the email came in to review I felt I needed to say that after I ordered and spent over 1500 dollars, a pop up came up saying to "order now and get 5% off your first order"... It was too late so I emailed the company... No response... Got other emails from them talking about the ethics behind their jewelry (one of the reasons I used them) etc... but no response to my complaint about the system making that offer FOR my "first order" after my "first order". In times like these, every bit of savings is important and it's left me frustrated and unsatisfied.

I got my fiance her ring from here. At first, it was because the prices were so comparatively good, but when I learned a bit more about the business, I found that I actually cared about their mission. I was happy to get my own wedding ring from them as well. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and due to our experiences, my fiance and I have determined never to buy from another jeweler again.

MiaDonna is one of our favorite companies to shop from. We’ve gotten our engagement ring and our wedding band from them. Each time the company has been fast, friendly & the rings are beautiful.

MiaDonna has become my go-to jeweler ever since I purchased my significant other's engagement ring through them. Their designs are varied and timeless, and their craftsmanship is second to none. The fact that they use recycled metals and lab-grown stones is just icing on the cake. My SO receives compliments about her jewelry almost daily.

I had an amazing experience at MiaDonna. The staff was so friendly to me and accepting and I was nervous about this, being a member of the LGBTQ community and hearing certain horror stories about discrimination at other places. They were quick and efficient and helped me choose the perfect diamond for my fiancée. I also love what the compablny stands for and the eco-friendly aspects of the company. Would 10/10 recommend.
