The shipping by DHL was too slow and…
The shipping by DHL was too slow and delayed 10 days when it supposed to arrived in 5 days.
Also the bike arrived dirty,with scratches on the steering wheel and one scratch on the frame.
The client service is very quick responding emails and they are very professional.

Very happy with everything
We had some questions about the bicycle (including the size needed for our son). We gave the measurements, and we immediately received a model recommendation, the suitable size, at the same price.
The exchanged several messages with the shop's staff, via the website form, and the answers always arrived in a matter of minutes.
We bought two bicycles in the last 4 years from here, and the level of quality was perfect both times.
Both bikes arrived very well packaged and with good set up for the shifters and brakes. It was only a matter of installing the steering bar, the front wheel and the pedals.
I am sure we are going to buy the third bike from here soon.
