I was given what MEXX handbag called a 'Bag Romi Black' as a birthday present. The strap was already damaged and actually broke after few uses. Im just glad I didnt actually buy it about £60 retail for a polyurethane bag!. Have a gf who also had mentioned poor quality.
I bought some boots online from MEXX but the heel broke within two days. Tried to return but no contact address and emails to info@MEXX but didnt get a reply. Cost me over 100 Euros for broken boots LOL.
Bought a MEXX suitcase in Europe. Full international warranty. After one small use the zip detached and the suitcase was useless. Several attempts to contact the retailer, no success. Finally made direct contact with the company. Tried several emails, replies all denying any liability despite warranty and that they are the manufacturer. Do not buy from this company they simply do not accept any responsibility.
Bought this belt and the clip broke to clip belt into loop hole? Need a new metal replace ment and don't know where to get it at?
They claimed to have mailed a package but I never received it. Any attempts to remedy the situation have gone nowhere as I received one email back and no responses since then. From the looks of it they deserve to go out of business again.
Wow. If I could give -5 stars I would do this. I literally lost my money do the fault of Mexx.
First they sent me the order without a return form included. I sent them several emails asking for directions about how to make a return but they ignored my emails. At some point an employee answered that I could sent the goods back at my own expense, and wrote me the return address. I did this at my own cost. But although I managed to send back the goods on time, I got no refund and no-one has bothered to answer any of my 10+ emails since the spring of 2019. They just ignore me. The cost of the returned goods, which is 510€, was never returned to me. I tried contacting them via the website form, email and social media. No answer. There is no telephone number to call them. I filed a complaint at the Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission, but they failed to respond again. There are no words to describe these people. I just lost my money.
