Excellent service. I bought a rain guage which had a broken component. A replacement part was sent immediately. Although it was an inexpensive guage it is easy to use and we're very pleased with it.

A company that values customers and delivers on promises. An item I required was out of stock at their suppliers, but Metcheck promised to advise when the item was available again. This was subsequently done, I placed the order and within 24hours I had received my goods. Fantastic service and delivery, many thanks Metcheck, I look forward to purchasing again from you very soon.

Totally wrong and total fiction

CM3086 max/min thermometer.
original purchase was disappointing as display was very hard to read. this was returned, but with no purchase details as it was a present.
I received a prompt reply from Claire at Metcheck, with a replacement (upgraded) item, and even two spare batteries !
very pleased with their after-sales service, and would recommend to friends and family.

as always good service, barograph charts are clear and good fit on drum, have used Metcheck on several occasion, never had any problems, well done Metcheck.

I bought a rain gauge from Metcheck last December. About two weeks before the year was up, it stopped working. I contacted Metcheck, and after following their instructions to try to resolve the issue, they sent a post paid packet to return the gauge to them. They confirmed that the outdoor part of the gauge was not working. They very quickly returned my indoor display unit, plus a brand new outdoor unit.

I can’t fault the excellent and rapid service from Metcheck. I would definitely buy from them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have just purchased an antique barograph and wanted some charts and ink for the instrument.
I placed the order on line on line on Sunday morning. I had an email on Monday morning to say that my order had been dispatched and have just received it today, Wednesday morning.
