I managed to deposit 300 SEK but after that a message notified me that I have to register myself as a new user. But there is no possibility to do that. So they took my deposit and now I can't access the casino. No one is answering my numerous email where I have provided a screenshot of the deposit. My full name, adress, phone number etc.

Terrible. The contact with the casino itself is the worst. Live chat can say things like "respondtime 3min" and you'll get your answer the next day and ofc the answer is something very nonhelping so you will have to wait again. In the end they just keep the money becouse you get tierd of fighting.

Found this website on a landing page for Swedish casino offers, among great betting sites. I did a deposit of 10 euro but its impossible to login to its Website with bank id, site is just loading and rebooting as a loop. Nothing changed in three weeks and they lost their license since it expired December 2023. They don't answer email and I can't use live chat. First time I use a casino with BankID and gets scammed. I would recommend to not use their BankID system if you Swedish like me. It acts weird and are not behaving like normally.

Update on my review .I have wrote a email to costumer service end they said that the chat is not live ,it works like messenger or telegram. They answer really quick to my email end I received my withdrawal . So is not that bad after all

I deposited 500 EUR almost a week ago but I cannot play and cannot withdraw my money. Whenever I try to open a game I get a message saying to contact customer serivce. I have contacted them via chat and email several times over the past week with no answer.I have also contacted their head company, Skill On Net Ltd without any response, will proceed to report them to the police for fraud if I do not get an answer before the end of the week.
