Poor customer service

Message took my money, failed to send out the goods and their customer service was so slow to respond.

I orded a bag

I orded a bag, and then got an email that you couldnt send it too me. When i then asked for some kind of compentation, you gave me no options. And didn’t seem any intrested in compensating me

Fast delivery

The order came much faster than expected, it arrived only two days after my order, and I ordered in the evening. It was nicely packaged and I was super happy with my order. The package included information about returns, but since I am keeping everything I can't say how easy it is to return products. Plus for including it in the package in any case.
