Tried to buy a tattoo machine from her.

I had to delay the purchase but I kept her up to date with messages.

However she (Shelley Murray) inored me for weeks at a time going back and forth with messages.

She even changed her mind about the sale.

When I tried to transfer her a deposit I couldn't find her account details but she ignored my message and then sold it to her mate instead even though I'd waited months.

Wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her.

I’ve just completed some training with Shelley and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. She is not only professional and knowledgeable across all areas, but also incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable. Shelley has gone above and beyond by inviting me back to shadow on additional days free of charge—such a generous opportunity for extra learning. She truly is a credit to the aesthetics industry. If only all trainers were like Shelley!

BEWARE! From all indications, this looks like a scam company. Received an email from them telling me that payment for road tax was due and I had to update my card details.

Shelly was so nice & welcoming. She talked with you & not at you. She didn't make assumptions & ensured every part of the training being delivered was understood. Shelly welcomed questions during the training & offered additional advice & support after. I wouldn't hesitate to do more training with her & highly recommend her.

Previous providers I've used have been so condescending & patronising. On one course both myself & another lady I trained with, felt like we were an inconvenience.

I recently trained in level 2 beauty! And honestly so happy with the the quality of the training. due to having some learning difficulties, shelley and the rest of the teaching team worked with me to create a smooth learning journey so much so I’ll will be going to do my level 3 soon!

Shelly is a fantastic trainer. She takes time to understand your goals and ambitions then helps plan a path to get you where you want to be. Her training is clear, methodical and easy to understand. She makes sure all her students have plenty of models to practice on and is a shining example of how training should be delivered. I would recommend anyone considering training in beauty or aesthetics to get in contact with her as she will give you honest advice.
