I wish to commend Mesh Direct on the level of service that I received placing a recent order for wire mesh fencing.

The product is excellent but of equal importance to me was the pleasure dealing with intelligent, articulate and helpful people. The order was placed at 14.00hrs and was delivered the following morning at 11.00hrs.

As a recently retired International Sales Manager, it was very pleasing to receive "Old Fashioned" levels of customer service that is so hard to come by these days. I hope Mesh Direct achieve the success that they richly deserve.

Just bought and installed chain link fencing using the standard - everything you need - kit. Really impressed with it, delivered quickly, great quality and easy to follow instructions for a novice installer. Very good product.

Rubbish, absolutely rubbish, have spent more time unwinding tangled up rolls, than I have getting the job done, delivery was also done in a bad way, will never recomend this rubbish to anybody again

Bought four rolls of mesh from this company for a fruit cage and had a great experience. I ordered blind but they contacted me next day with some helpful suggestions to change the order which they did at no extra charge. Mesh arrived on time, well packaged with no damage unlike some I ordered from Amazon last year. Carriage charge was fair for the delivery time and weight. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

I was charged £30 delivery fee for a small roll of mesh costing £36. This would have been classed as a small parcel by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.
Mesh Direct chooses not to use Royal Mail, so I ended up paying 10x as much.
I was asked to write a review on Feefo after my purchase. When I gave the same details as I am writing here, Mesh Direct called me - not to apologise or explore how they could resolve the matter, but to say they would be challenging my review and to explain that using Royal Mail doesn't make sense for them.
The nearest post office to their warehouse (given they don't want to pay Royal Mail to collect) is less than 1mile away.
Do they want to go this extra mile for customers? No
Do they really care about customers like me? No
Will I be buying again? No
Will I be giving a positive review? No

The website was easy to navigate and order from. Mesh Direct processed our order quickly, it arrived quickly and was in great condition. I’d definitely use Mesh Direct in the future.

Ordered two rolls 25×25mm 19g mesh on Monday arrived Wednesday goods as described what's not to like.

Ordered a 15m chain link fence kit but was concerned because I had a big difference in height at one end to fence. Spoke to staff at Mesh Direct (Dan) who took the time to understand my needs. I placed my order and product duly arrived three working days later.
I had a couple of issues with working out how to install the gate, I emailed Mesh Direct who replied straight away solving my problem easily. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy.
This is a good quality product and looks very neat and professional.
I would not hesitate to use this firm again and recommend to others.

Ordered some 6ft welded mesh in February it arrived in a few days. Finally got round to putting it up. Looks really strong and good quality. Would recommend. This is my first review - but thought as the company only had one review and they were fine to order from I joined up :)

I did a comprehensive interner search on wire products and this site offered very good value for money. The goods arrived quickly and in good condition - what more could you ask for?
